ENCOUNTERED A HUMMING AND VIBRATION THAT WE COULD FEEL IN THE FLOOR AT HIGHER SPEEDS. SPECIFICALLY BETWEEN 290 TO 315 KTS. THE HUMMING DID NOT SEEM TO BE RELATED TO A SPECIFIC ALTITUDE, BUT MORE TO AN AIRSPEED RANGE. THE AIRCRAFT DID NOT HANDLE ADVERSELY AND OTHERWISE OPERATED NORMALLY. THE POST FLIGHT INSPECTION DID NOT REVEAL ANY STRUCTURAL ISSUES. CORRECTIVE ACTION; PERFORMED AIRCRAFT NOISE AND VIBRATION INSPECTION. FOUND LH IB RAP SHROUD 1 VERY LOOSE IN MULTIPLE AREAS IN COMPARISON TO RH SIDE WHICH IS TIGHT AGAINST THE FLAP. REMOVED AND REPLACED LH IB FLAP SHROUD PANEL IAW PHENOM 300AMM 57-54-00/400.

DESCENDING BACK THROUGH APPROXIMATELY 5500 FEET (LFE CORRECT) WE HEARD WHAT SOUNDED LIKE A MUFFLED "POP" AND THE CABIN PRESSURIZATION RATE FAILED. CABIN DESCENT RATE EXCEEDED 1400 FPM, THEN FLUCTUATED CONSIDERABLY THROUGH REMAINDER OF FLIGHT. SIGN OFF. REMOVED LT LOWER ENGINE COWLING, REMOVED LT LOWER PLYLON PANEL FOR ACCESS TO THE PRSOV VALVE PERFORMED LT ENGINE IDLE RUN AND FOUND LEAK ON CLAMP NEXT TO PRECOOLER. ALL 3 GREEN LIGHTS WENT OFF, RED UNSAFE LIGHT STAYED ON APPROX 5 SECONDS. ALL OTHER HYD SYS APPEARED TO WORK NORMAL. JACKED ACFT. CYCLED MLG SLOW & NORMAL SPEEDS OPS CHECK GOOD. PERFORMED MLG TIMED CYCLE TEST. WILL MAKE TIME WITH JUST GEAR & WITH RUNNING FLAPS AT SAME TIME AS MLG RETRACTION. ALL MLG UNLOCKED. MOVED MLG THROUGH FULL TRAVELS BY HAND, NO DEFECTS OR BINDING NOTED. FINAL MLG SWINGS GOOD IAW MM 32-01-00. RAN MLG SEVERAL MORE TIMES WITH NORMAL & REDUCED FLUID FLOW. RAN FLAPS & MLG TOGETHER. NO LAG TIME. SYS OPS CK GOOD IAW MM 32-01-00.
DURING LANDING ROLL OUT, AT APPROX 20K, AND HOLDING CONSTANT PRESSURE ON THE BRAKES, THEY COMPLETELY RELEASED. PRESSED DOWN HARDER AND THE PEDDLES WERE SOLID AND WOULD NOT MOVE. AS SOON AS PRESSURE ON THE PEDDLES WAS RELEASED NORMAL BRAKING RETURNED. THERE WAS NO INDICATION OF BRAKE OR ANTI-SKID FAILURE ON THE ANNUCIATOR. REMOVED ANTI-SKID FAULT DISPLAY UNIT AND CONNECTOR DUE TO CORRISION ON CONNECTOR AND UNIT. INSTALLED NEW CONNECTOR AND REPAIRED DISPLAY UNIT LAW MM CH 32-42-00, OPS CHECK GOOD.
AT GEAR RETRACTION ALL THREE GEAR CAME UP AND LIGHTS WENT OUT, BUT "UNLOCK" LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THEN LEFT MAIN INDICATOR GREEN LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN THEN WENT OUT. (RT MAIN DID NOT EXTEND). THEN ALL LIGHTS WENT OUT.
REMOVED AND REPLACED LT MLG ACTUATOR DOWNLOCK SWITCH IAW MM 32-31-04. OPS CHECK GOOD. ACCOMPLISHED LASH CHECK ON LT MLG ACTUATOR IAW MM CHAPTER 32-31-04. LASH CHECK GOOD.
SHORTLY AFTER LEVELING OFF AT FL410 WE STARTED NOTICING WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS A STRONG ODOR. PAX ALSO NOTICED THE ODOR THROUGHOUT THE CABIN . A FEW MINUTES LATER THE FMS SCREEN WENT BLANK AND WAS VERY HOT TO TOUCH. ABOUT ONE MINUTE LATER WE NOTICED A FEW SMALL PUFFS OF SMOKE COME FROM THE TOP OF THE FMS. REPLACED DEFECTIVE FMS WITH ANOTHER UNIT. INSTALLATION IAW MM 34-61-03 RAN ACFT & SYSTEM'S FOR ONE HR WITH NO SMOKE ISSUES.
DURING LANDING, THE LT SEAT BRAKES ARE RELEASING AT AROUND 30 KNOTS. NO MATTER HOW MUCH PRESSURE IS APPLIED. ONCE IT OCCURS, ADDITIONAL PRESSURE DOES NOTHING. COMPLETELY RELEASING THE BRAKES AND REAPPLYING PRESSURE DOES SOLVE THE PROBLEM. C/W ULTRA BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURE IAW ENGINEERING LETTER M344-08-10 DATED 5/2/08. OPS & LEAK CK AT BOTH PILOT'S & CO-PILOT'S BRAKE SYSTEMS GOOD.
DURING LANDING ROLL F.O. (COPILOT SIDE) STATED (NO BRAKES), BRAKE PEDALS FELT VERY SPONGY. NORMAL BRAKING PILOT SIDE. NO LEAKS OBSERVED ON POSTFLIGHT. [4-27-07] BLED THE ANTI-SKID BRAKE SYSTEM IAW THE BLEED PROCEDURE IN CE560 MM CH 32-42-00. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF. DISCOVERED DEFECTIVE SPLICE JUST AFT OF P160 CONTACT C. REPAIRED SPLICE. PERFORM OPS. TEST OF LDG SYSTEM. NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW MM 32-01-00 AND W/D 32-60-01, 32-20-01 AND SB560-32-18.
LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT AFTER T/O. FMS PLAN PAGE 5 FLIGHT TIMES DID NOT ACTIVATE AND FLIGHT TIME CLOCK DID NOT START AFTER T/O. REPLACED LEFT HAND MAIN SQUAT SWITCH WITH A NEW ONE IAW CE560 MM CH 32-61-00, OPS CHECK GOOD.
BRAKES SEEMED TO FAIL ON LANDING ROLLOUT AROUND 35KTS FOR ABOUT 2 SECONDS. FAILURE WAS ACCOMPANIED BY CLICKING NOISE UNDER PILOTS FLOORBOARD AREA. BRAKES WORKED WELL DURING TAXI IN. REQUIRES HIGH SPEED TAXI CHECK WITH ANTI SKID AND WITHOUT IT ON. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
DURING GROUND OPERATION WITH GPU PLUGGED IN AND AVIONICS SYSTEM ON, ODOR AND SMOKE FILLED CABIN. SMOKE CAME FROM THE COCKPIT.
