BOI - HYDRAULIC PRESS DROPPED TO ZERO, LEFT AND RIGHT HYDRAULIC. WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. SYSTEM OPERATED AT ZERO PRESSURE FOR APPROXIMATELY 15-20 MINUTES. ALTERNATE GEAR EXTENSION PERFORMED AND AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER PROBLEM. GEAR UP LINE AND FLAP UP LINE REPLACED I/A/W MAINT. MANUAL. COMPLIED WITH CAUTION PUMP PROCEDURES I/A/W MAINT. MANUAL. HYDRAULIC LINES LEAK CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
NR 1 ENG FAILED ON APPROACH INTO SEA. AN ATTEMPTED AIR START, NO SUCCESS APPEARS, NO FUEL FLOW. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 1 ENGINE AND COMPLIED WITH GROUND RUNS. AIRCRAFT WAS TEST FLOWN AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
PDX - NOSE GEAR COMPLETED RETRACTION CYCLE WITH AN ALARMING THUMP, VERY LOUD AND CLEAR IN THE COCKPIT. RESHIMMED ACTUATOR BELLCRANK STOPS AND REPLACED STRIKER LINK RODS I/A/W MM. GEAR OPS CHECKED GOOD ON GEAR SWING. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
GEG - DURING GEAR RETRACTION, NOSE GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT REMAINED ON. FLIGHT CONTINUED TO PDX WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED NLG UPLIMIT SWITCH. GROUND TESTS SATISFACTORY. AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
