NUMBER TWO BLEED AIR HAS NOXIOUS ODOR. INSPECTED AND PLACED ON MEL 21-4.
SMOKE IN THE CABIN ON FINAL APPROACH. SMOKE ISOLATED TO NR 2 BLEED. AIRCRAFT LANDED IN BZN WITHOUT FURTHER PROBLEM. NR 2 COOLING TURBINE REPLACED IAW MAINT MANUAL, OPS CHECKED GOOD ON GROUND RUN.
PDX: DURING APPROACH TO PDX, GEAR CAME DOWN AND LOCKED. ON TOUCHDOWN, THE LEFT MAIN GREEN INDICATOR LIGHT EXTINGUISHED THEN CAME BACK ON AGAIN. THE LIGHT EXTINGUISHED AGAIN DURING BRAKING AND REVERSE AND REMAINED OUT. INDICATOR WAS REPLACED AND GROUND OPERATIONAL TEST PERFORMED WITH NO FURTHER DISCREPANCIES. AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
PSC - RUDDER VIBRATION AFTER ROTATION. VIBRATION CONTINUED IN FLIGHT, AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO FIELD AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER PROBLEM. RUDDER TRIM TAB TO TAB ACTUATOR ROD WAS BROKEN. REPLACED ROD AND RIGGED TRIM TAB I/A/W MM. THE ROD BROKE BECAUSE THE TAB ACTUATOR FORK END WAS 90 DEGRESS OUT OF POSITION. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
