AT 20,000 FT THE ELEVATOR TRIM DOWN ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. THE PILOTS DISCONNECTED THE AUTOPILOT, THE AIRCRAFT PITCHED DOWN AND WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN LEVEL FLIGHT. PILOTS DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITH NO FURTHER PROBLEMS.
