THE RED LIGHTS SHOULD BE AT THE 2 EXITS. THE EXTRA RED LIGHT IS IN THE LAV. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED PATHWAY LIGHT. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW EMB 505 AMM 33-52-00
AHRS 2 FAIL AT 32000', ACCOMPANIED BY AP FAIL AND YD FAIL. PFD 2 AUTO REVERTED TO AHRS 1. AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES AHRS 2 FAIL CAS CLEARED. POSSIBLY ASSOCIATED, AHRS 1 &2 FAULT CAS APPEARED DURING LANDING. CLEARED AFTER LANDING CORRECTIVE ACTION: PER EMBRAER CONTACT CENTER REQUEST, C/W PHENOM 300 FIM TASK 34-21-00-810-802-A AND FOUND NO DISCREPANCIES. FAULT COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. NJA MCC AND EMBRAER CONTACT CENTER BOTH ELECTED TO CLEAR THIS FAULT BASED ON TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS DONE. WORK PERFORMED REF PHENOM 300 FIM CH 34-21-00.
DURING PREFLIGHT LIGHT CHECK, THE CENTER FLOOR EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS FOUND TO BE NOT LIT UP. REPLACED CENTER FLOOR EMERGENCY LIGHT DUE TO LIGHT BEING INOP. REPLACED WITH NEW CUSTOMER PROVIDED EMERGENCY FLOOR LIGHT . WORK DONE IN REF TO AMM 33-52-11. OPS CHECK GOOD.
NOTICED OIL/GREASE ODOR UPON TAKEOFF UNTIL LEVEL OFF (STRONG) AND THEN INTERMITTENTLY THE REST OF FLIGHT (FAINT). REPOSITIONED AIRCRAFT OUT OF HANGAR, RAN ENGINES AND VERIFIED NO OIL/ GREASE SMELL, WORK REF AMM 79-00-00 AND 21-61-00
JUST PRIOR TO DECENT & THEN DURING DESCENT, A SLIGHT ELECTRICAL METALLIC ODOR WAS PRESENT IN COCKPIT. COULD NOT TELL WHERE IT WAS COMING FROM. THERE WAS NO SMOKE OR ANY OTHER INDICATIONS, EXCEPT FOR THE SMELL, WHICH SEEMED TO BE COMING FROM THE VCS VENT. AUTO PILOT STAYED ON & MY FO NOTICED SLIGHT RUDDER INPUTS AS IF THE SERVO OR YAW DAMPER CONSTANTLY CORRECTING ITSELF. CHECKED ALL OTHER SYSTEM PAGES AND ALL APPEARED NORMAL. SMELL DISSIPATED DURING APPROACH BELOW 10,000'. THE AIRCRAFT ENGINES WHERE RUN FOR 45 MIN ACTIVATING ALL ACTT SYSTEMS WITH BOTH FULL HOT AND COLD TEMP SETTINGS. NO SUCH SMELL DETECTED. PERFORMED P300 FIM TASK 21÷20-00-810-801-801-A NO BURNING SMELL OBSERVED FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.
FLAP FAIL YELLOW CAS DISPLAYED ON APPROACH. RUNNING THE QRH FAILED TO RESTORE OPERATION. THEY APPEAR TO BE STUCK AT THE FLAPS 1 POSITION GAINED ACCESS TO AIRCRAFT AND PULLED CB'S. GAINED ACCESS TO FLAP POWER DRIVE UNIT AND REMOVED FAILED UNIT (PN: 467700-1003, SN: 0377) & INSTALLED. REPAIRED FLAP POWER DRIVE UNIT (PN: 467700-1003, SN: 0033) IAW PHENOM 300 AMM REF. 27-51-07. CLOSED CB'S, POWERED UP AIRCRAFT AND CONNECTED GSE 062, RIGGING LAPTOP. PERFORMED FLAP SYSTEM RIGGING IAW PHENOM 300 AMM REF. 27-50-00, NO DEFECTS NOTED. DISCONNECTED GSE 052 & PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF FLAP SYSTEM IAW PHENOM 300 AMM REF. 27-50-00, OPS CHECK GOOD.
WHEN ARMING LIGHTS ON GROUND DURING BEFORE START FLOW, LIGHTS MOMENTARILY ILLUMINATE AND THEN EXTINGUISH PERFORMED FIM 33-50-00-810-801 AND FOUND THE BATTERIES NEEDED TO BE CHARGED. HOOKED UP AUX CART AND CHARGED BATTERIES FOR A HOUR. DISCONNECTED GPU AND OPS CHECK GOOD. ALL WORK WAS DONE IN REF TO EMB-505 AMM 33-52-01 THIS CLEARS AOG

ENTRANCE STAIR EXTENSION: THE ENTRY DOOR SLAMS OPEN WITH ZERO TENSION TO SUPPORT IT//CORRECTIVE ACTION//CHECKED ALL HARDWARE AND CABLES AND VERIFIED NO BROKEN COMPONENTS. GAINED ACCESS TO THE MAIN DOOR BALANCE DRUM. PERFORMED MAIN DOOR OPENING SPEED ADJUSTMENT AS REQUIRED. PERFORMED OPS-CHECK AND OPS-CHECK GOOD. RETURNED AIRCRAFT BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. WORK PERFORMED IRW PHENOM 300 AMM 52-10-00.
EMERG EXIT SIGN/LIGHT: EMER EXIT SIGN LIGHT ABOVE THE EXIT WINDOW IS NOT WORKING. NO BULBS LIGHT UP WHEN THE EMER LIGHT SWITCH IS ON.//CORRECTIVE ACTION// FOUND BROKEN OFF WIRES BEHIND AFT EMERGENCY "EXIT" LIGHT. INSTALLED NEW PINS TO WIRES IAW EMBRAER PHENOM 300 SWPM CHAPTER 20 AND WM 33-50-50. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR BINDING WHILE OPENING AND CLOSING. UPON ARRIVAL FOUND MAIN CABIN DOOR OPERATING NORMALLY FROM OUTSIDE AND INSIDE AIRCRAFT, NO DEFECTS NOTED. NOTICED THE TELESCOPIC RODS APPEARED TO BE FROZEN. WEATHER CONDMONS DURING THIS REPORTED FAULT WAS BELOW FREEZING CONDMONS. CONTACTED MCC WITH FINDINGS AND REQUESTED FAULT HISTORY. NO HISTORY REPORTED FOR THIS FAULT. WIPED DOWN TELESCOPIC RODS CLEAN. OPS OF MAIN CABIN DOOR NORMAL. WORK DONE IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 52-12-25.

WE FOLLOWED THE INFLIGHT ENGINE FAILURE QRC. TEMP STABILIZED AT 44 AND N1 ROTATION WAS AROUND 15. WE ATTEMPED A RELIGHT FOLLOWING THE NON-ANNUNCIATED- ENGINE INFLIGHT START QRH. NO RELIGHT. PROCEEDED TO DESTINATION AIRPORT (KPIT) FOLLOWING ENGINE INOP APPROACH QRC AND THEN ENGINE INOP LANDING QRC. POSSIBLE BAD FADEC? """CORRECTIVE ACTION"""" REPLACED PRIMARY AIRFRAME HYDRAULIC PRESSURE SWITCH #1 PER EMBRAER CONTACT CENTER RECOMENDATION. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 29-12-02. SWITCH P/N OFF/ON 3032408-325 S/N OFF/ON 609/910 REPLACEMENT NEW 0-RING P/N OFF/ON M83461/2-903 S/N OFF/ON N/A NEW. REPLACED LEFT ENGINE S/N PCE-DG0622 PER OPERATOR REQUEST .
UPON INSPECTION OF RH COCKPIT AREA FOUND SPLICE SP1474 AND SP4273 BURNT AND FUSED TOGETHER. ALSO FOUND WIRES W201-11086-16 AND W201-11087-16 BURNT AND DAMAGED FOR THE STANDBY PITOT STATIC SYSTEM.
COPILOT RUDDER PEDAL TORQUE TUBE BASE SHOWS MOVEMENT WHEN FORCE IS APPLIED TO THE RUDDER PEDALS ON THE COPILOT SIDE. AN ABNORMAL SOUND IS HEARD AND THE MOUNTING HARDWARE APPEARS TO BE LOOSE.
HYDRAULIC LOW PRESSURE CASS MESSAGE . ALONG WITH PUSHER FAIL, BRAKE FAIL CASS MESSAGES IN FLIGHT. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LT ENGINE HYD PUMP IAW AMM 29-12-01. OPS CHECKED GOOD. REMOVED AND REPLACED SECONDARY PRESSURE SWITCH IAW AMM 29-12-03. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
THIS AIRCRAFT WAS IN THE PROCESS OF MAINTENANCE FOR A PASSENGER DOOR ISSUE. UPON REMOVAL OF THE ACFT MAIN PASSENGER DOOR AND SUBSEQUENT RE-INSTALLATION AND RIGGING THE DOOR WAS OPERATED THROUGH RANGE OF MOTION ONCE WITH NO ISSUE. UPON THE TECH STEPPING ONTO THE FIRST STEP OF THE DOOR THE MAIN DOOR BALANCE SECTOR GEAR CRACKED AND SPRANG AWAY FROM THE ASSY UNDER LOAD IMPACTING ADJACENT PARTS.
WHILE EN-ROUTE AT FL400 WE RECEIVED THE WHITE CAS MSG AHARS 1 & 2 FAULT. UNDER THE MSG PAGE ON THE GTC WAS INDICATING GPS NAVIGATION SIGNALS WERE LOST. APPROX 10 MINUTES LATER WE RECEIVED THE YELLOW YD FAIL AP FAIL SWPS FAIL & WHITE VENTRAL RUDDER FAIL. THE ACFT ENTERED A DUTCH ROLL WHICH WAS MOSTLY CONTROLLABLE. WE DESCENDED TO FL250 & REGAINED CONTROL OF THE ACFT OUT OF FL290 APPROX. SOMEWHERE AROUND 25000 FEET THE CAS MSGS DISAPPEARED & STAYED OFF FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE FLIGHT.
CO PILOTS RT BRAKE PEDAL SOFT, PRESSURE DROPS DURING BRAKING. PERFORMED ANTI-SKID BRAKE SYS BLEED PROCEDURE. BRAKES CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME. NO PRESSURE DROP NOTED, IAW MM 32-42-00.
F/O'S BRAKE PEDALS ARE SOFT. INSPECTED SYS AND FOUND UPPER (SUPPLY) HOSE OF CO-PILOTS RT MASTER CYLINDER BRAIDING BROKEN AND FRAYED. ALSO FOUND SWIVEL FITTING FOR BRAKES ON TOP OF LT MLG LEAKING. CLEANED AND TIGHTENED FITTING AND REPLACED FRAYED LINE. BLEED BRAKES 3 TIMES WITH .5 HOURS BREAK IN BETWEEN. ALL WORK DONE IAW MM CHAP 32-42-00. SYS OPS CHECKS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
