THE #2 BRAKE PEDAL LOST ALL PRESSURE DURING TAXI FOR DEPARTURE. DURING THE PRE-FLIGHT BRAKE CHECK AND THE ENGINE PERFORMANCE CHECKS THE BRAKES HELD PRESSURE NORMALLY. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE AND FOUND A LOOSE FITTING AND LOSS OF HYDRAULIC FLUID BETWEEN THE FLEXIBLE BRAKE LINE FROM THE BRAKE ASSEMBLY TO THE HARD LINE ROUTED TO THE AIRFRAME FROM THE MASTER CYLINDER. THE FITTING WAS TORQUED TO PROPER SPECIFICATION PER THE BEECHCRAFT AMM, THE BRAKE SYSTEM BLED TO REMOVE AIR FROM THE SYSTEM, AND THE RESERVOIR SERVICED TO THE FULL LIMIT. A FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF THE BRAKE SYSTEM WAS SUCCESSFUL, AND NO FLUID LOSS WAS NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO SERVICE WITH NO OTHER REPORTED DISCREPANCIES.

AFTER TAKEOFF, THE LANDING GEAR IN TRANSIT LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE FLIGHT CREW PERFORMED AN AIR TURNBACK AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. DFW MAINTENANCE PERFORMED THE LANDING GEAR SHUTTLE VALVE TEST AND FOUND THAT #1 AND #2 SHUTTLE VALVES FAILED THE LEAK TEST. MAINTENANCE REPLACED BOTH OF THE FAILED ACTUATORS AND PERFORMED SUCCESSFUL GEAR RETRACTION AND EXTENSION CHECKS WHILE THE AIRCRAFT WAS ON JACKS. NO DEFECTS WERE NOTED AFTER THE MLG ACTUATORS WERE REPLACED AND THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO SERVICE.

ACCORDING TO THE PILOT INCIDENT REPORT: LOCATION IS APPROX 10 MILES WEST OF L77. COMPLETING THE FRIDAY CHECKS, WANTED TO DO THE WEEKLY FIRE SYSTEM TEST IN FLIGHT. PULLED BOTH T-HANDLES AND WITH THAT CLOSED BOTH ENGINES DOWN. AFTER PUSHING THE HANDLES BACK WAS ABLE TO GET THE RIGHT ENGINE WORKING. DECLARED EMERGENCY WITH ATC AND WAS ABLE TO LAND AT L77, AFTER SECURING THE LEFT ENGINE. IT WAS A SINGLE ENGINE EMERGENCY LANDING. MX WENT TO L77 AND CONDUCTED A HOT SECTION CHANGE ON RIGHT ENGINE DUE TO NO ACCURATE INFORMATION AS TO POSSIBLE OVERTEMP WHEN ENGINE SPOOLED BACK UP AFTER FUEL WAS RE-INTRODUCED. NO EVIDENCE OF OVERTEMP WAS FOUND, BUT HOT SECTION CHANGED FOR PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES ANYWAY.

PILOT REPORTED LANDING GEAR CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED AND GEAR WOULD NOT FULLY EXTEND. PILOT EXTENDED GEAR USING HAND PUMP, AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND LEFT RETRACT ACTUATOR LEAKING. PART REMOVED.

APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF, THE RT ENGINE FIRE WARNING LIGHT CAME ON. THeRE WAS NO OTHER INDICATION OF FIRE AND THE ENGINE WAS SHUT DOWN. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO L15 WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE LIGHTS WENT OUT AFTER AIRCRAFT WAS PARKED. INVESTIGATED RECORDS AND NOTICED THE AIRCRAFT WAS WASHED THE NIGHT BEFORE, DRIED AND SEALED LOWER DETECTOR. SYSTEM OPERATIONALLY CHECKED GOOD.
