REPEAT WRITE UP CORRECTIVE ACTION: FOLLOWED EMB CONTACT CENTER RECOMMENDATION AND C/W SL505-33-0005-REV.05 DURING STEP 9 OF FIM 33-50-00-810-802-A FOUND AN ERROR IN THE MANUAL. CONFIRMED WITH EMB THAT NR 1 BATTERY IS FAULTY, REMOVED FAULTY #1 EMERG. BATTERY AND INSTALLED REPAIRED UNIT REMOVED FAULTY #2 EMERG. BATTERY AND INSTALLED REPAIRED UNIT
ON LIGHT TEST DURING PREFLIGHT ALL EMER LIGHTS JUST BLINK CONTINUOUSLY. AFTER BATTERY EXERCISE TASK CARD PROCEDURE WAS PERFORMED, NO DEFECTS WERE FOUND IN THE EMERGENCY BATTERIES. RE-CHARGED BATTERIES IAW TASK CARD TC-FLT-33-1001 REV 2 AND RESTORED TO ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION
PASSENGER DOOR SHOWS RED ON STATUS PAGE. CANNOT VERIFY DOOR IS LATCHED. UPPER RIGHT WINDOW ONLY HAS PARTIAL GREEN INDICATION. REMOVED MED AIR STAIRS. CLEANED ALL GREEN HAGS WITH ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL AS NEEDED. VERIFIED ALL GREEN FLAGS ARE VISIBLE. WHILE STAIRS WERE REMOVED WE FOUND ONE OF THE MAIN DOOR WARNING MICROSWITCHES TO BE FAULTY AND WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED. REMOVED FAULTY LOWER MAIN DOOR WARNING SWITCH, AND DAMAGED MICROSWITCH LEVER. INSTALLED NEW LOWER MAIN _ DOOR WARNING SWITCH AND NEW SWITCH LEVER IAW AMM 52-71-20.

REMOVED #2 EMERGENCY BATTERY PN 7450LS-00 SN 006349 DUE TO FAILING FUNCTIONAL CHECK INSTALLED NEW BATTERY PN 7450LS-00 SN 006959 IAW EMB-505S AMM 33-52-01-400-8010-A CHARGED AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.

VENTRAL RUD FAIL WHITE CAS: CLIMBING THROUGH FL350 BOTH PFDS DISPLAYED HDG MISCOMPARE. SOON AFTER YAW DAMP FAIL CAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED. AP FAIL CAS COME ON SECONDS LATER. VENTRAL RUD FAIL CAS CAME ON MOMENTS AFTER. SLIGHT DUTCH ROLL WAS EXPERIENCED WHILE AT HIGH ALTITUDE THAT SUBSIDED AS WE DESCENDED. LEFT PFD DISPLAYED SEVERELY ERRATIC ATTITUDE INDICATIONS. CONTROLS WERE TRANSFERRED TO RIGHT PILOT AS THOSE INDICATIONS APPEARED NORMAL. EVENTUALLY BOTH ON AHRS 2 MESSAGE DISPLAYED IN BOTH PFDS.//CORRECTIVE ACTION//EMBRAER ANALYZED GIA SERVO LOGS AND RECOMMENDED REPLACEMENT OF AHRS #1. REMOVED FAULTY AHRS #1 PN: 011- 00868-10 SN: 42032336 AND INSTALLED REPAIRED AHRS PN: 011-00868-10 SN; 42023749 IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 34-21-01. PERFORMED SOFTWARE UPLOADING OF THE AHRS UNIT IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 34-21-01. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF AHRS IAW 34-21-01 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, CLOSED ALL ACCESS AS REQUIRED
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: EMERGENCY LIGHT NUMBER 6 (BY THE LAV DOOR) INOP. REMOVED FAULTY EMERGENCY LIGHT NUMBER 6 IAW AMM CHAPTER 33-52-11. 08/24/21. INSTALLED A NEW LED ESCAPE PATH MARKING LIGHT ASSEMBLY NR 6 IAW AMM 33-52-11. OPS CHECK IS GOOD.
FLAP FAIL YELLOW CAS: FLAP FAIL CAS MESSAGE. FLAP FAIL MESSAGE APPEARED WHEN THE FLAP WERE MOVING FROM POSITION 2 TO 4. FLAPS ARE STUCK BETWEEN POSITION 2 AND 4. // SIGNOFF // POWERED AIRCRAFT AND CHECKED CAS. NO RELATED CAS NOTED. PERFORMED FLAP OPS CHECKS APPEARS TO BE NORMAL. PER CONTACT CENTERS RECOMMENDDATION COMPLIED WITH FIM SUSPECT FAULTY PDU. PDU IS FLAGGED REMOVED AND REPLACED FLAPS POWER DRIVE UNIT FUNCTIONAL CHECK GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IAW EMB-505S AMM 27-51-07/400
DURING SCHEDULED FUNCTIONAL CHECK, THE FORWARD EMERGENCY LIGHTS BATTERY FAILED FUNCTIONAL TEST. THE BATTERY ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW UNIT (P/N 7450LS-00) AND FUNCTIONAL TEST WAS PERFORMED WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS.
DURING ACCOMPLISHMENT OF SERVICE BULLETIN 505-55-0004 REV 01 (DATED 06/24/2020) WE NOTED THE FOLLOWING LEFT ELEVATOR ADJUSTABLE MASS BALANCE WEIGHTS BELOW TOLERANCE: PART NUMBER PE915109-L33 (6 EACH) AS FOLLOWS 5=83G 82G (MINIMUM 84G) AND HORN MASS WEIGHT PART NUMBER PE915109-L42 (1 EACH) 1=1090G (MINIMUM 1095G). ALL WEIGHTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW MASS WEIGHTS AND THE ELEVATOR BALANCING WAS PERFORMED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. THE ELEVATOR WAS RE-IDENTIFIED TO PART NUMBER 505-11082-601, AS PER SERVICE BULLETIN INSTRUCTIONS. WE ALSO NOTED THE FOLLOWING RIGHT ELEVATOR ADJUSTABLE MASS BALANCE WEIGHTS BELOW TOLERANCE: PART NUMBER PE915109-L33 (3 EACH) AS FOLLOWS 2=83G, 81G MINIMUM 84G. ALL WEIGHTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW MASS WEIGHTS AND THE ELEVATOR BALANCING WAS PERFORMED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.THE ELEVATOR WAS RE-IDENTIFIED TO PART NUMBER 505-11082-602, AS PER SERVICE BULLETIN INSTRUCTIONS. THIS REPORT COMPLIES WITH FAA 14 CFR PART 135 OPERATORâS GMM REQUIREMENTS.
ANTI-SKID BRAKE SYSTEM GRABS INTERMITTENTLY. FOUND LT BRAKE MANUAL BLEEDER LOOSE. TIGHTENED BLEEDER AND C/W ANTISKID SYS BRAKE BLEED AS REQUIRED C/W TAXI CHECK TAXI CHECK GOOD. IAW MM 32-42-00.
ON FINAL THE FLAP HANDLE WOULD NOT GO PAST 15 DEG FLAPS. FOUND FLAP HANDLE TO BE LOOSE AND TIGHTENED ALL THE WAY DOWN ON ITS POST NOT ALLOWING ENOUGH MOVEMENT FOR THE SPRING PIN TO DISENGAGE FROM THE 15 DEGREE DETENT MOVING TOWARDS 35 DEGREES. ADJUSTED FLAP HANDLE AND TIGHTENED. RAN ENGINES AND FOUND SMOOTH AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THE FLAP SYS AT THIS TIME IAW MM 27-51-00.
DURING TAKEOFF, RMU NR 2 & THE NR 2 PFD BOTH WENT BLANK. AFTER A COUPLE SECONDS THE PFD WENT TO A RED X AND THEN ABOUT 10 SECONDS LATER A NORMAL DISPLAY CAME BACK ON. THE RMU TOOK ABOUT ONE MINUTE TO COME BACK ON & HAVE A NORMAL DISPLAY. FOUND NR 2 PFD INCORRECTLY RACKED. REMOVED AND RE-RACK NR 2 PFD IAW CESSNA 560 M.M. CH 34-23-02. REMOVED NR 2 RMU CHECKED CONNECTOR FOR SECURITY REINSTALLED IAW CESSNA 560 M.M. CH 23-13-00. BOTH SYSTEMS OPERATED NORMALLY
AFTER DEPARTURE, WHEN THE LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS MOVED TO THE UP POSITION, THE GEAR UNLOCK AND THE HYD PRESS ON LIGHTS REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE HANDLE WAS RETURNED TO DOWN, (3) GREEN ILLUMINATED, ALL OTHER INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL [SUP 4-27-07] INSPECTED LANDING GEAR AND PERFORMED SEVERAL LANDING GEAR FUNCTIONAL TESTS I/A/W CE560 MM 32-01-00 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
WHEN AIR CONDITIONER IS TURNED ON, THE CABIN GETS STRONG SMELL OF OIL. WHEN THE A/C SW IS TURNED OFF, THE OIL SMELL DISSAPATES. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
BRAKES ON FO'S SIDE VERYN MUSHY AND REQUIRE ABNORMAL PRESSURE TO ACTIVATE. BRAKES WILL NOT HOLD PLANE DURING STATIC DEPARTURE. - BLED BRAKES AND INSTALLED A NEW CHECK VALVE IAW CH. 32-42-00 OF THE CE 560 ULTRA M.M. OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
ON FINAL APPROACH THE POWER BRAKE LOW PRESSURE AND ANTISKID INOP ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. FOLLOWED ABNORMAL PROCEDURES CHECKLIST AND PLACED THE ANTISKID SWITCH IN THE OFF POSITION. BRAKES FAILED NEAR THE END OF LANDING ROLLOUT, BRAKE PEDALS WENT TO THE FLOOR DURING EMERGENCY BRAKE APPLICATION. GAINED ACCESS TO BRAKE ACCUMULATOR, POWER BRAKE VALVE & ANTISKID SERVO, HYDRAULIC BRAKE RESERVOIR, INSPECTED AREA AND NO HYDRAULIC FLUID LEAKING NOTED. TROUBLESHOT BRAKE SYSTEM AND CHECKED CONNECTORS, ALL SECURED, CHECKED ANTISKID BITE INDICATOR, NO BITE SHOWING, REMOVED GROUND WIRES FROM GROUNDING STUBS, INSPECTED AND REINSTALLED. REPLACED BRAKE RELAY, BLED SYSTEM IAW CESSNA 560 MM CHAPTER 32-40-00.
