DURING FLIGHT, NR 1 FUEL TRANSFER PUMP LIGHT FLICKERED. ACFT WAS ON LAST MISSION RETURNING TO BASE.
ON THE PREFLIGHT CHECK, NR 2 FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM INOPERATIVE. A WIRE WAS FOUND BROKEN AT THE NR 2 FIRE DETECTION AMPLIFIER.
DURING DAILY INSPECTION. BEARINGS OUTER LINER COMING APART DUE TO HIGH VIBRATION, SCRAPPED 4 EACH BEARINGS. CLOSER DAILY INSPECTION OF TAILROTOR ASSEMBLY.
DURING THE DAILY SERVICE CHECK. BROKEN TAIL ROTOR YOKE PLATE BOLT.
ON PRE-START CHECK, LEFT HAND BAGGAGE FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM WOULD NOT TEST, TEST LAMP BURNED OUT AND WIRE BROKEN ADJACENT TO SMOKE DETECTOR.
