CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED AND REPLACED THE #1 AND #2 EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER UNIT. THE ISSUE STILL REMAINED DUE TO IT BEING A COURTESY/AIRSTAIRS/COCKPIT STEP LIGHTS. EMERGENCY LIGHTING: ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTING FLICKERING WITH SWITCH IN ARM AND ON POSITION. // SIGNOFF // REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FWD AND AFT EMERGENCY BATTERIES IAW EMB-505 AMM 33-52-01-400-801-A, AMM 32-52-01-710-801-A AND AMM 32-52-00-710-801-A. OPERATIONAL TEST ARE SATISFACTORY. REINSTALLED COCKPIT SEATS AND ALL ACCESS PANELS.
WHILE IN CRUISE AT FL350 WHITE HYD SYS FAULT DISPLAYED. SHORTLY AFTER WHITE ENG NO DISPATCH DISPLAYED. A FEW MINUTES LATER THE L ENG FAILED AND AN AMBER E1 FAIL DISPLAYED ON THE L N1 GAUGE. (CORRECTIVE ACTION) REMOVED HYD PUMP PUMP PN 3032249-002 SN MX795814 FROM LEFT ENGINE DUE TO SHAFT FAILURE AND INSTALLED REPAIRED SERVICABLE PUMP PN 3032249-002 SN MX795125 PERFORMED LEAK AND OERATIONANL CHECKS WITH NO DISCREPANCIES AT THIS TIME. IAW EMB 505 AMM 29-12-01-400-801
EMERGENCY BRAKE LOW PRESSURE CAS MESSAGE DURING FLIGHT. SYSTEM DEPRESSURISED TO 100 PSI. NO EMERGENCY BRAKING AVAILABLE ON LANDING. NO PARK BRAKE AVAILABLE.
DURING MX INSPECTION, EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR WAS NOT ABLE TO BE REMOVED USING INSIDE HANDLE. R & R 6 ANCHOR SPACERS IAW MM CH 25-53-00.
AFTER TAKEOFF THE GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. REPLACED LT MLG WOW SWITCH DUE TO UNIT BEING INTERMITTENT AND INSTALLED A NEW UNIT IAW MM 32-61-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.
AT ROTATION, ACFT NEEDED EXCESSIVE FORCE TO LIFT OFF, USED ELEC PITCH TRIM AND DIDN'T WORK. USED MANUAL TRIM TO TRIM THE ACFT. DURING FLIGHT, TRIM INDICATOR SHOWED FULL AFT. CHECKLIST WERE COMPLETED AND ELEC PITCH TRIM CB WAS PULLED. A/P MIS TRIM LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH AUTO PILOT ENGAGED. CHECKED CABLES FOR PITCH TRIM AT PEDISTAL, TAIL SERVO AND FLOOR FOUND METAL SHAVING ON TRIM CHAIN AND ON SPROCKET IN PEDISTAL. METAL SHAVINGS WERE UNDER FMS LEFT OVER FROM REVIOUS MAINTENANCE. NO DAMAGE TO CHAIN ON SPROCKET. CLEANED SPROCKET AND CHAIN FOR PITCH TRIM IN PEDISTAL AND LUBED IAW CESNA MM CH 27-31-00 AND CH 12-21-01. OPS CHECK GOOD.

VERIFIED POWER OUT OF THE 100 AMP BREAKER. FOUND THE TERMINAL TO THE MOTOR HAD LOOSE HARDWARE LOOSENED A/C PALLET TO ACCESS HARDWARE CLEANED ALL HARDWARE AND TERMINAL REINSTALLED ALL HARDWARE AND TERMINAL TO LUG. REINSTALLED THE FREON PALLET. OPS CHECKS GOOD. RECONFIGURED AIRCRAFT TO ORIGINAL CONDITION. CLOSED J-BOX COVER. ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW MM 21-52-00.

ALL WORK DONE IAW MM 20-10-01 REMOVED AND REPLACED MASTER CYLINDER IN-LINE FILTER REF SB560-32-35 CLEANED ALL FOUR MASTER CYLINDERS AND RAN ALL BRAKE PEDALS. FOUND PILOT IB MASTER CYLINDER LEAKING AT PISTON SEALS REMOVED AND REPLACED PILOT IB MASTER CYLINDER IAW CH 32-42-02 REV. 12 BLEED BRAKES IAW MM 32-42-00 REV 23.
ON FO SIDE, RT BRAKE FEELS SLUGGISH COMPARED TO THE LT BRAKE. REMOVED AND REPLACED CO-PILOTS LT AND RT BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER PRESSURE AND RETURN LINES (4EA) AND BLED HYD SYS ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW MM, CH 32-42-02 AND 32-42-00.
CO-PILOTS RT BRAKE PEDAL NEEDS TO BE DEFLECTED OR PUSHED APPROXIMATELY 30 PERCENT MORE TRAVEL THAN LT PEDAL. REMOVED AND REPLACED CO-PILOT'S MASTER CYLINDERS AND SOFT LINES IAW CE560 M/M 32-42-02, OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
CAPTAIN -SIDE BRAKES ARE EXTREMELY MUSHY AND INTERMITTENT. LT PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR AND BRAKING WAS LOST ON THAT SIDE. REPLACED PILOTS LT WHEEL MASTER CYLINDER WITH AN OVERHAULED UNIT IAW MM 32-42-00 SYSTEM OP CK'S GOOD. REPLACED PILOTS RT WHEEL MASTER CYLINDER WITH AN OVERHAULED UNIT FROM SAF INDUSTRIES CRS GK0R519Y IAW MM 32-42-00 PERFORMED TAXI TEST CAPTAINS SIDE BRAKES OP CK GOOD.
SIDE BRAKES ARE EXTREMELY MUSHY. LT PEDAL GOES ALMOST TO THE FLOOR. ACCOMPLISHED BRAKE BLEED ON LT AND RT BRAKES AND SERVICED RESERVOIR WITH HYDRAULIC FLUID. BRAKING SYSTEM FUNCTIONS NORMALLY AT THIS TIME COMPLIED. WORK IAW CITATION. 560 MM CHAPTER 32-42-00
CAPTAIN SIDE LT BRAKE GOES SOFT INTERMITTENTLY. WHEN PEDAL PRESSURE RELEASED AND BRAKE REAPPLIED OPERATION IS NORMAL. PERFORMED ANTI-SKID BRAKE BLEED PROCEDURE IAW 560 MM 32-42-00. SYSTEM CHECK NORMAL AT THIS TIME.
DURING TAXI, HEAVY PRESSURE HAS TO BE APPLIED TO BRAKES AND THEN THEY GRAB HARD. ALSO ON LANDING IT FEELS LIKE ANTISKID IS ACTIVATING FOR APPLIED PRESSURE. C/W 560 ANTI-SKID WIRING CHECK NO DEFECTS NOTED C/W VISUAL INSPECTION OF WIRING HARNESS CHECK GOOD. REMOVED AND REPLACED POWER BRAKE VALVE. BLED BRAKES TAXIED A/C BRAKES CHECK GOOD IAW CE560 MM 32-42-05.
WHILE TAXING CAPT LT BRAKE PEDAL BLEEDS DOWN SLIGHTLY, SOFT PEDAL. BLEED & SERVICED BRAKES. OPS + LEAK CHECKS GOOD. IAW CE560 MM. 32-42-00.
BRAKES REQUIRE EXCESSIVE PEDAL THROW TO BE EFFECTIVE, ESPECIALLY FROM RIGHT SEAT POSITION. TROUBLESHOT TO LEAKING BRAKE MASTER CYLINDERS. REPLACED ALL FOUR MASTER CYLINDERS IAW CESSNA 560 M/M 32-42-01. BLED BRAKES, LEAK AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
IN CLIMB AT FL 266, EXPERIENCED HEAVY COMPRESSOR STALL IN RIGHT ENGINE. CLIMB OUT WAS 97.3 N1 AT -10DEGREES C TEMP; RIGHT ENG ROLLED BACK TO APPROX 88% N1 FOLLOWED BY STRONG FUMES IN CABIN, O2 MASKS DONNED, CKLIST REVIEWED. LEVELED AT FL 270, 4 BOOMS AS IN: BOOM - PAUSE - BOOM, BOOM - PAUSE - BOOM. AFTER EVENT, ENGINE OPERATED NORMALLY WITHIN LIMITS. RESUMED CLIMB TO FL 340, FOLLOWING INDICATIONS NOTED AT CRUISE: N1 93.7 - 93.7; N2 88.6 - 90.0; ITT 550 - 610; FF 660-680; OIL PRESS 75 - 80; OIL TEMPS 78 - 85. DIVERTED TO LAS ON ORDERS FROM AMCC + EXPERIENCED NO FURTHER EVENTS. LANDED W/O INCIDENT.
DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION LOOKED INTO DORSAL NACA SCOOP AND SAW THE LOWER AIR VANE CRACKED AND MISSING 2 INCH PIECE OF VANE. GAINED ACCESS THROUGH BAGGAGE AREA, REMOVED BROKEN VANE AND LOCATED MISSING PART DOWN STREAM IN DUCT WORK (FRESH AIR) AFTER ACM AND BEFORE CHECK VALVE (REMOVED DEBRIS). CRACK APPEARED TO START FROM (V) CUT DUE TO NO RELIEF HOLE DRILLED AT INTERSECTION OF CUT OUT. INSTALLED NEW VANE AFTER IT WAS FIT AND RELIEF HOLE WAS DRILLED WITH LIBERAL AMOUNTS OF EA 9309 AND INSTALLED IAW MFG. REINSTALLED ITEMS, REMOVED FOR ACCESS AND CLOSED UP BAGGAGE AREA.
