FLIGHT CREW REPORTED EXCESSIVELY HOT AIR BLOWING FROM CABIN GASPERS WHILE IN FLIGHT, THE FLIGHT CREW WAS UNABLE TO CONTROL VIA CABIN OR FLIGHT DECK CONTROLS. THE CREW ELECTED TO DIVERT FLIGHT AND LAND. THE MAINTENANCE CREW DETERMINED THE TEMP CONTROL VALVE WAS DEFECTIVE. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM REMOVED AND REPLACED THE ECU TEMPERATURE CONTROL VALE WITH OVERHAULED UNIT. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT AFTER STARTING BOTH ENGINES, THE LEFT AND RIGHT GEN OFF ANNUNCIATORS WERE ILLUMINATED FOLLOWED BY THE MASTER CAUTION AND MASTER WARNING LIGHTS. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR COMPLETED EXTENSIVE TROUBLESHOOTING ON THIS FAULT BY REPLACING NUMEROUS CONTROL RELAYS AND SEVERAL CHECKS. TEAM XL OF CESSNA DETERMINED AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPLACEMENT OF COMPONENTS THAT THIS FAULT WAS A NUISANCE MASTER WARNING/MASTER CAUTION ANNUNCIATION AND THAT THE FAULT POSED ANY CONCERNS AT THIS TIME, AND THERE WAS NO DEFINITIVE REPAIR AT THIS TIME. INSTRUCTIONS WERE GIVEN TO THE FLIGHT CREW ON A WORKAROUND IF THIS FAULT IS ENCOUNTERED IN THE FUTURE.

THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE MAIN CABIN DOOR VENT DOOR REQUIRED TO BE MANUALLY CLOSED BEFORE FLIGHT. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR TROUBLE SHOT AND DETERMINED THAT THE DOOR VENT SOLENOID HAD FAILED. A NEW SOLENOID WAS INSTALLED AND RIGGED. FT WAS SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. THIS PARTICULAR COMPONENT IS KNOW TO HAVE A VERY HIGH FAILURE RATE. THE AIRCRAFT MFG KNOWS ABOUT THE HIGH FAIL RATE. THIS OPERATOR HAS REPORTED ON THIS FAILURE MANY TIMES. WE ARE CONSIDERING A SELF IMPOSED LIFE LIMIT.
