Maintenance disclosures
CREW RECEIVED HYDRAULIC LEVEL LOW ANNUNCIATION SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF. HYDRAULIC PRESSURE GAUGE READ ZERO. ACTIVATION OF AUX PUMP DID NOT RESTORE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE. CREW RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT AND THE GEAR WAS EXTENDED USING EMERGENCY SYSTEM AND AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS COMPLETED. BRAKING WAS ALSO VIA THE EMERGENCY SYSTEM. MAINTENANCE FOUND HYDRAULIC LINE PART NUMBER 2307003-179 TO HAVE A PIN HOLE DUE TO WHAT APPEARS TO CORROSION OF THE LINE RESULTING IN THE LOSS OF FLUID. LINE, FILTERS AND HYDRAULIC PUMPS WERE REPLACED. LINES WERE FLUSHED AS REQUIRED. SYSTEM WAS SERVICED AND FUNCTIONAL CHECKS COMPLETED WITH NORMAL OPERATION.
THE LT FUEL COMPUTER LIGHT CAME ON & THE LT ENG SPOOLED UP TO 110% N1 & 960C ITT. PULLED THE LT ENG POWER LEVER TO IDLE WHILE SHUTTING OFF THE LT FUEL COMPUTER. THE ENG STARTED TO ROLL BACK AFTER THOSE ACTIONS. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY & STARTED A GRADUAL DESCENT. SHUTDOWN THE LT ENG ABOUT 2 OR 3 MINUTES LATER WITH NO INDICATION OF FIRE. RAN THE ENG FAILURE IN FLIGHT CHECKLIST TO SECURE THE ENG. REVIEWED THE RESTART PROCEDURES & SINGLE ENG APPROACH WHILE CONTINUING A DESCENT. THE ODD CLICKING NOISE PERSISTED AFTER THE SHUTDOWN IN FLIGHT BUT ONLY A FEW TIMES & LESS FREQUENT. LANDED IN KOAK & TAXIED TO THE FBO. EXITED THE ACFT & INSPECTED FOR EXTERNAL DAMAGE WITH NOTHING VISIBLE.
AFTER LANDING AT ABQ, CREW DISCOVERED DURING POST FLIGHT INSPECTION THAT THE LEFT OUTBOARD MAIN TIRE WAS FLAT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED TIRE AND COMPLIED WITH INSPECTION OF BRAKE SYSTEM, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
ON APPROACH INTO CPS RIGHT ENGINE LOW OIL PRESSURE LIGHT CAME ON AND OIL PRESSURE GAUGE WAS AT THE TOP OF RED LINE. PILOT ELECTED TO SHUT THE ENGINE DOWN, AND LANDED NO PROBLEMS. REMOVED AND REPLACED OIL PUMP.
DURING FINAL APPROACH INTO CLT DID NOT GET DOWN AND LOCK INDICATION ON RIGHT GEAR. BLEW GEAR DOWN AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED GEAR ACTUATOR AND DOWN LOCK SWITCH, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
AIRCRAFT EN ROUTE FROM ILG TO SDF WHEN THE LT ENGINE FIRE LIGHT CAME ON, PULLED FIRE HANDLE AND FIRED BOTH FIRE BOTTLES THEN DIVERTED TO LCK, LANDED NO PROBLEMS. MAINTENANCE FOUND ENGINE ACCESSORY FIRE LOOP DEFECTIVE, REMOVED AND REPLACED FIRE LOOP, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
GOING INTO CLT PILOT GOT A FIRE WARNING LIGHT ON THR RT ENGINE, FIRED ONE FIRE BOTTLE, STILL HAD THE LIGHT, FIRE THE SECOND BOTTLE NO HELP LANDED NO PROBLEM. MAINTENANCE CHECKED RESISTANCE IN ALL 3 FIRE LOOPS ALL WITHIN SPECKS, CLEANED CONNECTORS, RECONNECTED FIRE WARNING NOW CHECKS GOOD.
