THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED A SUPPLY BLEED LEAK (L) CAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED DURING CLIMB WITH ENGINE/STAB HEAT ON. THE CREW DIVERTED FLIGHT AND LANDED FOR MAINTENANCE CONSIDERATIONS. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE LEFT ANTI-ICE PCB DEFECTIVE. THE PCB WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW CARD. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. ALSO CHECKED AND REPLACED WERE THE LEFT SUPPLY BLEED LEAK DETECTORS TY003 AND TY005 WITH NEW UNITS. OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE LEFT SUPPLY BLEED LEAK DETECTORS WAS SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT IN FLIGHT THE WEATHER RADAR TILT VARIES FROM SETTING .5 - 1.0 DEGREES. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM DETERMINED THE WEATHER RADAR CONTROL UNIT WAS DEFECTIVE. THE UNIT WAS REMOVED AND A REPAIRED UNIT WAS INSTALLED. OPS CHECKS WERE COMPLETED AND FOUND TO BE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED OF RECEIVING A MACH TRIM FAIL CAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED IN FLIGHT. OPERATIONS WERE CONTINUED ON MEL 22-20-01. DURING THE MAINTENANCE EVENT THE MAINTENANCE TEAM TROUBLESHOT THE MACH TRIM SYSTEM AND FOUND THE MACH TRIM ACTUATOR TO BE INOPERATIVE. REMOVED THE INOP ACTUATOR AND REPLACED IT WITH AN OVERHAULED UNIT. OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING FUELING OPERATIONS THE SINGLE-POINT REFUELING PRECHECK VALVE FAILED. OPERATIONS WERE CONTINUED PER MEL BY DEFERRAL. AT THE MAINTENANCE OPPORTUNITY THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR DISCOVERED THE LEFT AND RIGHT HIGH LEVEL PILOT VALVES TO BE FAILED. THE VALVES WERE REMOVED AND NEW PILOT VALVES WERE INSTALLED. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING POST FLIGHT CHECKS IT WAS NOTED HYDRAULIC LEAKAGE FROM THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR BRAKE AREA. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR DETERMINED THE LEAKAGE OCCURRED AT THE NO1 BRAKE BLEED FITTING. THE AREA WAS CLEANED AS REQUIRED AND THE BRAKE WAS BLED. THE BLEED FITTING WAS TORQUED TO SPECS, NO LEAKS NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS THEN RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED UNCOMMANDED GEAR MOVEMENT. AFTER TAKEOFF THE FLIGHT CREW DESCRIBED THAT THE GEAR HANDLE WAS SELECTED TO THE UP POSITION AND THE GEAR BEGAN TO RETRACT, BUT THE MAIN LANDING GEAR THAN STARTED TO EXTEND TO DOWN AND LOCKED AND THEN RETRACTED ONCE AND AGAIN AND THEN BACK DOWN, 4 TIMES IN TOTAL. FINALLY THE LANDING GEAR STAYED UP AND LOCKED. THE FLIGHT CONTINUED AND NO LANDING GEAR FAULTS WERE NOTED DURING EXTENSION. LANDING WAS WITHOUT EVENT. THE MAINTENANCE PROVIDER TROUBLESHOT AND DETERMINED THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL WAS DEFECTIVE. AN OVERHAULED UNIT WAS INSTALLED. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT AFTER TAKEOFF THE PRESSURIZATION AUTO MODE FAILED. THE FLIGHT CREW INDICATED THE CABIN RATE INDICATED A DECREASE OF UPWARDS OF 6000FPM WHILE AT 1500AGL. THE FLIGHT CREW ELECTED TO DIVERT THE FLIGHT AND LAND TO HAVE THE DISCREPANCY CORRECTED. THE LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR DETERMINED THE PRIMARY OUTFLOW VALVE WAS DEFECTIVE AND REQUIRES REPLACEMENT. THE OUTFLOW VALVE WAS REPLACED WITH NEW. OPERATION CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
