FOUND WASTEGATE BUTTERFLY VALVE WARPED, DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION.
DURING HOSE INSPECTION, FOUND CRACKS ON WEB ASSEMBLIES AROUND THE ATTACH BOLTS FOR THE NOSE GEAR TRUNNION BEARINGS. SUBMITTER SUGGESTED CAUSE COULD BE SIDE LOADS ON NOSE GEAR DUE TO IMPROPER GROUND HANDLING PROCEDURES.

FLAPS FOUND HANGING DOWN APROXIMATELY 1 INCH AT INSPECTION. DISCOVERED FLAP GEARBOX LIMIT SWITCH ACTUATING ARM LOOSE ON SHAFT. FLAP PRE-SELECT SWITCH FAILED AND FLAPS DID NOT STOP. REPLACED BENT PUSH/PULL TUBES AND GEARBOX RIGGED AND OPS CHECKED SYSTEM.
