WHEN CABIN ENTRANCE DOOR WAS OPENED AFTER FLIGHT, CREW NOTICED DOOR OPENED VERY RAPIDLY. INSPECTED DOOR AND FOUND FORWARD COUNTER BALANCE SPRING HAD FAILED. AFTER SPRING WAS INTACT. FORWARD COUNTER BALANCE SPRING WAS REPLACED WITH NEW. DOOR OPERATIONS CHECK GOOD.
