RED OIL LEAKING FROM PROP HUB. DISCOVERED DURING POST FLIGHT INSPECTION. 0 ENTER FOR PROP CYCLES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT TRACK ON PROPELLERS.
PFD #1 FAILURE IN FLIGHT. NG "X" OUT. NO ABNORMAL ENGINE INDICATIONS.
LOW FUEL PESSURE CASS MESSAGE. SENSOR ON ENGINE FAILED

LH INBOARD AFT FLAP BELLCRANK UPPER ATTACH POINT HOLE ELONGATED.
LOW FUEL PRESSURE CASS MESSAGE. SENSOR ON ENGINE FUEL OIL HEAT EXCHANGER FAILED.
LOW FUEL PRESSURE CASS MESSAGE. SENSOR ON ENGINE HAD FAILED.
THE HEATER FOR THE PASSENGERS WAS NOT WORKING. FOUND FLAPPER VALVE CRACKED IN HALF AT THE PASSENGER/COCKPIT DUCT.
THE RIB IN THE LT HORIZONTAL IS CRACKING AT SS 80.60 THE RIB CRACKS AT THE LAST RIVET AFT OF THE WHERE THE LATERAL STRINGER RUNS THROUGH THE RIB. THIS IS THE SECOND ONE THAT HAS CRACKED. THIS RIB CRACKED ON THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE RIB ALONG WITH THE UPPER SKIN BEING CRACKED. IF YOU CONTACT ME I CAN EMAIL PICTURES TO GO ALONG WITH THIS.
THE RH LOWER COWLING IS CRACKING WHERE THE EXHAUST HANGER IS ATTACHED. WE HAVE SEEN WHERE THE COWLING HAS A "PUCKER" IN THAT LOCATION AFTER THE FASTENERS ARE INSTALLED. WHERE THAT "PUCKER" IS IS WHERE THE EXHAUST HANGER IS LOCATED. WE HAVE ALSO SEEN ON AT LESS ONE AIRCRAFT THAT THE HOLES WHERE THE EXHAUST BRACKET IS ATTACHED WERE DRILLED WILL A DULL DRILL BIT ALLOWING THE METAL TO HAVE THAT VISUAL APPEARANCE THAT THE BIT WAS DULL AND THE HOLE WAS NOT DEBURRED.
INSPECTED BOTH STARTER ADAPTERS AND FOUND THEM WORN BEYOND LIMITS PER SB MEB 94-4. THIS PART IS THE NEW IMPROVED STYLE ADAPTER AND DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY FURTHER INSPECTIONS.
