LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT FULLY RETRACT, GEAR MOTOR CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED. THE BREAKER WAS RESET, THE GEAR EXTENDED AND NORMAL LANDING EXECUTED. LEFT MAIN GEAR DOORS CLOSED PRIOR TO FULL RETRACTION STOPPING THE GEAR AND TRIPPING THE CIRCUIT BREAKER. REPLACED TWO INBOARD GEAR DOOR SPRINGS, TWO ACTUATING LINKAGE ROD ENDS, ONE FORK AND ONE EYE BOLT WITH NEW. CLEANED AND LUBRICATED ENTIRE LEFT GEAR DOOR ACTUATING SYSTEM. RIGGING AND OPERATIONAL CHECK OF LANDING GEAR RETRACT AND EXTEND SYSTEM ACCOMPLISHED SATISFACTORILY IAW VOLPAR D-110 MM. (X)

ELEVATOR TRIM INDICATOR INACCURATE, ELEVATOR TRIM STIFF. REPLACED ELEVATOR TRIM INDICATOR POTENTIOMETER WITH NEW AND ADJUSTED TRIM INDICATOR PER MM. LUBED ELEVATOR TRIM ACTUATOR DRIVES, OPERATIONALLY CHECKS GOOD.
ELEVATOR INOPERATIVE, WILL NOT ADJUST. LUBED ELEVATOR TRIM CHAINS AND ACTUATORS OPERATIONALLY CHECKED GOOD.
FUEL WAS NOTED ON FLOOR OF COCKPIT. PILOT ELECTED TO MAKE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING. INSPECTION REVEALED THE ALUMINUM FUEL LINE TO THE FUEL PRESSURE GAUGE HAD CHAFED THROUGH ITSELF AGAINST A STRINGER. LINE WAS REPLACED AND LEAK CHECKED. RECOMMEND THAT ROUTING AND INSPECTION OF ALUMINUM FUEL LINES BE CLOSELY SCRUTINIZED. (X)
