WENT AROUND, PER THE QRH WE CYCLED THE GEAR, RECEIVED 3 GREEN INDICATORS AND DIVERTED TO IAD. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR UPLOCK BOX IAW EMB-505 AMM 32-31-05. BLEED UPLOCK ACTUATOR IAW EMB-505 AMM 32-31-05-870-801. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF EMERGENCY EXTENSION SYSTEM IAW EMB-505 AMM 32-35-00-710-801. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF EXTENSIONAL AND RETRACTION SYSTEM IAW EMB-505 AMM 32-31-00-720-801. OPS CHECK SAT.

DEPARTED MMUN, HEADING TO KAPF ABOUT 8 MINUTES OUT FROM LANDING ATC ADVISED US THAT THE CONTROLLERS FROM MEXICO SAID THAT A PART OF OUR AIRCRAFT FELL OFF THE PLANE AFTER DEPARTURE. DIVERTED TO RSW, DID A LOW FLY-BY, WAS TOLD ALL LANDING GEAR AND TIRES APPEARED NORMAL. LANDED, HAD CRASH FIRE RESCUE INSPECT THE PLANE AND PROCEEDED TO PARK THERE AFTER. A POST FLIGHT INSPECTION BY BOTH PILOTS REVEALED NOTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY. INSPECTED LT & RT WING FOR ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING PANELS COULD NOT SEE ANYTHING. INSPECTED LT & RT MLG AND NOSE GEAR FOR ANY MISSING ALSO DID NOT NOTICE ANY DAMAGE OR PANELS MISSING. INSPECTED BOTH ENGINES FOR ANY DAMAGE, REMOVING TOP & BOTTOM COWLING TO INSPECT THE ENGINES, DID NOT NOTICE ANY DAMAGE OR ANYTHING THAT WAS WRONG. NEXT THE FUSELAGE WAS INSPECTED THE BELLY AND ROOF OF AC ALL ANTENNAS WERE IN TACK AND IN PLACE. INSPECTED THE RUDDER AND THE TAIL OF AC FOR ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING PANELS AND DID NOT SEE ANYTHING MISSING OR OUT OF PLACES ALL WORK WAS DONE IAW AMM 32-00-00, 53-00-20; 57-03-00; 72-00-00

ALL OPS & RIGGING GOOD. RETURNED TO AIRCRAFT TO ORIGNAL CONFIGURATION.

EMERGENCY LIGHTS STARTED FLICKERING DURING CRUISE. SWITCHED LIGHT TO OFF POSITION FOR 1 MIN, BACK TO ARM, & LIGHTS STARTED FLICKERING AGAIN AFTER 30 SECS. ACCESSED FWD & AFT BATTERY. DURING ACCESS & BEFORE MAINT PERFORMED, FOUND THE EMER LIGHT CLL ON, RESET THE CS. PERFORMED FJM IAW TASK 33-50-00-810-802-A. & THE BATTERY OPS TEST FAILED IAW MM 33-00-710-801-A. LIGHTS ARE FLICKERING WITHIN 1 MIN ON BOTH FWD & AFT BATTERIES CONNECTED. HAVE SAME RESULT WITH EITHER BATTERY DISCONNECTED & 1 BATTERY CONNECTED AT A TIME, EMER LIGHTS FLICKER WITHIN A MIN ON BOTH BATTERIES. BATTERIES ARE CURRENTLY CHARGING. THE.FORWARD BATTERY REPLACED OR HAD A CAP CHECK-FUNCTIONAL TEST ON 8-2-2025 WRITTEN ON THE STICKER ON TOP OF FWD BATTERY, MCC HAS REQUESTED THAT AFTER THE BATTERY CHARGE PROCESS THEY WOULD TAKE FOR ME TO PERFORM THE FLM/ OPS TEST OF THE EMER BATTERY MULTIPLE TIMES AND REPORT FINDINGS. THE BATTERY CHARGED FOR 30 MIN IN THE ARM POSITION, TURNED EMER LIGHTS ON & THEY STAYED ON FOR OVER AN HOUR. DISCONNECTED BOTH BATTERIES ONE AT A TIME & LIGHTS REMAINED ON. CHARGED THE BATTERIES AGAIN FOR 90 MINS. DURING CHARGING PROCESS, FOUND NUT PLATE IN THE AFT LAV FLOOR MOUNT FOR THE DLVIDER TO BE MISSING. REMOVED THE FLOOR PANEI & FOUND NUT PLATE .UNDER FLOOR. REQUESTED NUT PLATE & RIVETS TO REPAIR THE BAD NUTPLATE.

REMOVED EMERGENCY BATTERY NR 1 & REPLACED WITH SUPPLIED REPAIRED BATTERY. REMOVED FAULTY EMERGENCY BATTERY NR 2 WITH SUPPLIED REPAIRED BATTERY. OPS CHECK GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK DONE IAW TC TC-505-33-200403, AND AMM 33-52-01.

CREW RECEIVED A CABIN CLIMB RATE EXCEEDING 2500 FPM, & RAPID FLUCTUATIONS ONCE PRESS SELECTOR KNOB TO AUTO. R & R OUTFLOW VALVE ECMU CONTROLLER IAW AMM 21-31-01-000-801-A. R & R PRESSURE, A/CON CONTROL PANEL IAW AMM, 21-01-01-400-801-A. OP CHECKS GOOD.

THE ELEVATOR WAS RE-IDENTIFIED TO PART NUMBER 505-11082-601, AS PER SERVICE BULLETIN INSTRUCTIONS. WE ALSO NOTED THE FOLLOWING RIGHT ELEVATOR ADJUSTABLE MASS BALANCE WEIGHTS BELOW TOLERANCE: PART NUMBER PE915109-L33 (10 EACH) AS FOLLOWS 3=83G,6=82G,1=81G (MINIMUM 84G) AND HORN MASS WEIGHT PART NUMBER PE915109-L42 (1 EACH) 1=1082G (MINIMUM 1095G). ALL WEIGHTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW MASS WEIGHTS, AND THE ELEVATOR BALANCING WAS PERFORMED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. THE ELEVATOR WAS RE-IDENTIFIED TO PART NUMBER 505-11082-602, AS PER SERVICE BULLETIN INSTRUCTIONS. THIS REPORT COMPLIES WITH FAA 14 CFR PART 135 OPERATOR’S GMM REQUIREMENTS.

WERE EASILY ABLE TO HAND FLY AN ILS APPROACH AND FLEW AT FLAP 0 SETTING. 2 YELLOW X IN THE FLAPS DEPICTION AND TWO YELLOW X IN THE PITCH DEPICTION DISPLAYED. TRIED TO MOVE THE FLAPS ON FINAL WITH NO SUCCESS. MANUAL TRIP WORKED FINE. LANDING WAS NON-EVENTFUL. THE FLIGHT DIRECTOR LOCKED IN LEVEL FLIGHT INDICATION. CLICKED IT OFF FOR EASIER FLIGHT CONTROL INPUTS. REPALCED THE NR 1 FCE WITH MODIFIED UNIT IAW AMM 27-03-01-400-801-A. RIGGED FLAPS SYSTEM IAW AMM CH 27-50-00-820-801-A. PERFORMED FLAPS SYSTEM OPS CHECK IAW AMM 27-40-00, AND PERFORMED HS PITCH TRIM SYSTEM IAW AMM 27-40-00. PERFORMED PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM OPS CHECKS IAW AMM 21-31-00. SATISFACTORY.
