STRONG BURNING SMELL AFTER TAKEOFF IN THE COCKPIT & CABIN. MX C/A: R&R LH ENGINE MIXING BLEED AIR VALVE WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT PER LEARJET 60 AMM 36-10-02. OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECK NORMAL.
DIVERTED BACK TO DEPARTURE, DUAL ENGINE COMPUTER LIGHT IN FLIGHT. CAUSED LOSS OF POWER AND FUEL FLOW ON LT ENGINE. ALSO WHEN DECREASING THROTTLE N1 WOULD INCREASE RED N1 POINTER FELL TO ZERO. BIG SPLIT IN N1 WHILE TAXIING IN AFTER LANDING.
DURING CLIMB OUT RT ENG ROLLED BACK TO LESS THAN 35% N1. AUTO RELIGHT ENGAGED & ENG STARTED & RETURNED TO NORMAL. TROUBLE SHOT, CLEANED CONNECTORS ON EEC & RANG N2 SENSORS WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS. SWAPPED EEC'S FROM SIDE TO SIDE & CLEANED CONNECTORS. ENG OPERATIONS CHECK SATISFACTORY WITH NO FAULTS. REF MM 73-20.
WHILE POSITIONING AT 2000 FEET ENCOUNTERED SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT. RAN BOTH ENGS FOUND BOTH ENGS TO BE OVER SERVICED WITH OIL. NR 1 ENG CHECKED OIL FILTER & REINSTALLED WITH NEW O RINGS, SERVICED ACCORDINGLY. NR 2 ENG DRAINED OIL TO CORRECT POSITION. RAN ENGS, LEAK CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED IAW AMM 12-10-11 & MM 79-20-01.
