FLIGHT: 81 PNS/TPA WHEN ENGINE #1 WAS SHUT DOWN EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATE WITH THE EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT SWITCH IN THE ARM POSITION. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS, OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME NO PROBLEMS FOUND
FLIGHT: 75 EYW/MCO FA REPORTS UNABLE TO OPEN CABIN DOOR DUE TO LOOSE TRIM PIECE. INSTALLED NEW LINING.
SUPPLEMENTAL: FLIGHT NR 80 PNS/TPA REPORT: GEAR HANDLE RED LIGHT STAYED ILLUMINATED FOR THE WHOLE FLIGHT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: FOUND LANDING HANDLE LIGHT BULB OFFSET, RESEATED LIGHT BULB. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF LANDING GEAR CONTROL LEVER AND FOUND WORKING PROPERLY.
AFTER TAKEOFF TPA 1 R LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT UP. GEAR HANDLE UP WHEN SELECTED UP WILL NOT MOVE TO UP POSITION. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED LANDING GEAR CONTROL LEVER OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
