CORRECTIVE ACTION: ARRIVED ONSITE, RECEIVED PART SHIPMENT AND GAINED ACCESS TO THE AIRCRAFT. REMOVED ACCESS PANELS AS REQUIRED TO FACILITATE FCE NR 2 REMOVAL. REMOVED ACCESS PANEL FOR FORWARD AILERON RIG PIN INSTALLATION AND INSTALLED RIG PIN. REMOVED SUSPECT INTERMITTENT FCE NR 2 AND INSTALLED RECEIVED REPAIRED UNIT. PERFORMED RIGGING, FOLLOW-ON AND OPS CHECKS WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED RIG PIN FROM FORWARD AILERON QUADRANT AND CLOSED ALL PREVIOUSLY REMOVED PANELS. CABIN EMERG LIGHT: DURING FLIGHT FROM SEATTLE TO BOISE IN THE CLIMB THROUGH APPROXIMATELY 27,000' THE CABIN EMERGENXY LIGHTS (OVERHEAD, SIGN AND FLOOR) STARTED FLICKERING. THIS WAS THE 3RD LEG OF THE DAY AND HAVE HAD NO ISSUES ON ANY PREFLIGHT OR LEG PRIOR TO THIS FLIGHT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED #2 EMERGENCY BATTERY IAW EMB-505 AMM 33-52-01. OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW AMM 33-52-00 NO DEFECTS NOTED, OK FOR SERVICE.
BLENDED CORROSION FROM AROUND THE NUTPLATE ON THE FIRST RIB UNDER THE BAGGAGE FLOOR, PERFORMED NDT AND REPORTED FOR REPAIR DISPOSITION, CLEANED, TREATED, PRIMED, AND PAINTED THE BLENDED SURFACE PERMANENTLY REPAIRED AFFECTED AREA IAW NJA RFTS.
FIRST OFFICER COCKPIT WINDOW: CLIMBING THROUGH FL220 THE RIGHT FRONT WINDSHIELD SHATTERED. BATTERIES HAVE BEEN RECONNECTED, REOVED AND REPLACED WITH "NEW" COPILOTS FRONT WINDSHIELD. ALL LEAK AND OPERATIONAL. CHECKS ARE GOOD AT THIS TIME. ALL WORK DONE IAW AMM 56-11-00. REMOVED AND INSTALLED NEW WINDSHIELD IAW AMM 56-11-00.

AFTER START THE EMER LT NOT ARM YELLEOW CAS WOULD NOT GO OUT AFTER THE SWITCH WAS PLACED IN THE ARM POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 AND 2 EMERGENCY BATTERIES IAW AMM 33-52-01. OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY IAW AMM 33-52-01.
SERVICE DOORS: DURING FLIGHT AT APPROXIMATLY 16000 FT HEARD A THUMP AND FELT AIRCRAFT YAW. IMMEDIATLY RETURNED TO BOSTON. ON POST FLIGHT DISCOVERED THAT THAT AIRCRAFT BATTERY WAS MISSING. REMOVED DAMAGED AFT FAIRING, INSTALLED A REPAIRED FAIRING. INSTALLED A NEW KEY CAM LOCK. INSTALLED A NEW KEY LOCK KIT. WORK PERFONNED IAW AMM 53-04-40.
CLIMBING THROUGH 6000 FEET, AFTER DEPARTURE, THE RED DOOR PAX OPEN CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED WITH THE ORAL WARNING. THE CAST MESSAGE EXTINGUISHED AFTER ABOUT FIVE SECONDS. COMPLIED WITH QRH AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT. // SIGNOFF// REMOVED DOOR COVERS AND INSPECTED SWITCHES IN DOOR AND IN DOOR FRAME, NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED CMC DOWNLOAD AND SENT TO EMBRAER. THEY REQUESTED USING FIM-4885 - 52- 71-00-810-801-A, NO DEFECTS NOTED WITH SWITCHES OR RIGGING. FOUND HINGE AREA WIRE HARNESS DAMAGED, INSTALLED NEW MAIN DOOR HARNESS ASSEMBLY IA W EMB505 AMM 52-71-20, OPS CHECK GOOD.
DISCREPANCY: EMERGENCY BATTERY # 2 WON'T TURN ON EMERGENCY LIGHTS. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED TROUBLESHOOTING BASED ON THE EMBRAER PHENOM 300 SDS CHAPTER 33-52-00 AND FOUND # 2 EMERGENCY BATTERY LIGHT (AFT)FAULTY. PERFORMED REPLACEMENT # 2(AFT)EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY PART NUMBER 6450LS-00 SERIAL NUMBER 002469 WITH A NEW BATTERY PART NUMBER 7450LS-00 SERIAL NUMBER 006056 IN ACCORDANCE WITH PHENOM 300 AMM CHAPTER 33-52-01. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PHENOM 300 AMM CHAPTER 33-52-01 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. THIS REPORT COMPLIES WITH FAA 14 CFR PART 135 OPERATOR'S GMM REQUIREMENTS.
AFTER GPU FAILED, WE NOTICED A FAINT ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL IN THE COCKPIT. AVNX FAN FAIL CAS MESSAGE IS ALSO DISPLAYED. AFTER POWERING DOWN AND BACK UP, CAS MESSAGE IS STILL DISPLAYED. RECEIVED PARTS FROM FBO SHIPPING. GAINED ACCESS ·BY REMOVING GLARESHEILD AND LOOSENING IESI PILOT STATIC LINES/CONNECTOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AVIONICS BLOWER FAN AS REQUIRED. PERFORMED A SATISFACTORY OPS CHECK OF FAN AT THIS TIME. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. REINSTALLED GLARESHLELD AND STANDBY INSTRUMENT. SINCE IESI PILOT STATIC LINE/CONNECTORS WERE LOOSED, PERFORMED LEAK CHECK OF IESI WITH PITOT STATIC TESTER, POWER ON CHECKS, WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. ALL WORK RER.
