NOSE WHEEL NOT COMING DOWN WITH GEAR HANDLE IN DOWN POSITION. FOUND RH MLG REDUCER-TEE FITTING LEAKING REPLACED FITTING AND ACCOMPLISHED GEAR SWINGS AND LEAK CHECK; OPS CHECK GOOD NO LEAKS NOTED.
DURING INITIAL APPROACH WE TRY TO SET FLAP 15 DEG AND SAW AMBER LIGHT AND AUTO INOP AFTER VISUAL CONFIRMATION NO FLAPS PROCEEDED (CIRCUIT BREAKER FLAP CTL). REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT FLAP VALVE BLOCK, OPS CHECK GOOD.
AIR RETURN TO SJU DUE TO FLAP CB POPPED IN FLIGHT. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF THE WING FLAPS. OP CHECK SATISFACTORY.
AT APPROXIMATELY 1340 EASTERN TIME, N406SV WAS BEING TAXIED FROM THE MAINTENANCE HANGAR AFTER RTS BY A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WITH A SECOND TECHNICIAN IN THE FO SEAT. WHILE TAXING VIA N3 APPROACHING APRON 2, THE WINGTIP OF 406 STRUCK 408. 408 WAS PARKED ON THE RAMP GETTING READY TO DEPART AT THE TIME. THERE WAS A RAMP CREW MARSHALLING THE AIRCRAFT INTO PLACE. REPAIRED LEFT WING TIP SPAR BY REPLACING THE FLANGE.
FLL/FLL AIRCRAFT BEING TOWED TO THE GATE TOW BAR BROKE AND AIRCRAFT COLLIDED WITH TUG SEVERE DAMAGE TO RIGHT SIDE BEHIND THE RADOME ABOVE NOSE GEAR DOORS. REPAIRED DAMAGE FUSELAGE SECTION RIGHT LOWER LOBE SKIN IN ACCORDANCE WITH EO ATR42-5300-2023-001.
FLIGHT: 143 GSP/TPA #4 WHEEL DISCOVERED MISSING ON POSTFLIGHT. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR SWINGING LEVER ASSEMBLY PN OFF GA64778-3 SN OFF 1GSAD3806601500 PN ON GA64778-3 SN ON 14SAD3418401468 AND INSTALLED NUMBER FOUR WHEEL/TIRE ASSEMBLY PN ON 3-1518-2 SN ON 398674. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST OF NORMAL LANDING GEAR EXTENSION AND RECTRACTION.
SUPPLEMENTAL:FLIGHT:69 HSV/HSV AFTER TAKEOFF FLIGHT CREW REPORTED ISSUES WITH LANDING GEAR ( LANDING GEAR WONT GO UP) AIR RETURN TO HSV. REPLACED LANDING GEAR CONTROL LEVER OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
UPON LANDING ROLLOUT NOTICED HEAVY VIBRATION WHILE EXITING OFF THE RUNWAY, STOPPED AIRCRAFT ON TAXIWAY AND HAD AIRCRAFT TOWED INTO THE GATE AT WHICH POINT BOTH NOSES WHEEL TIRES WERE FLAT, FOUND NOSE LANDING GEAR DOORS DAMAGED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED LEFT AND RIGHT NOSE WHEEL ASSEMBLIES , INSTALLED TARGET P/N D57415 AND SUPPROT ASSEMBLY P/N GA63717. REMOVED AND INSTALLED SERVICABLE LEFT AND RIGHT AFT NLG DOORS LEFT P/N S5287660201600, RGIHT P/N S5287660201700.
