PILOT REPORTED THAT "RIGHT ENGINE RUNNING ROUGH ON CLIMBOUT AT 4000 FT LOSS OF 200 RPM. RIGHT ENGINE FAILED MAGNETO CHECK AFTER LANDING. MAINTENANCE FOUND RIGHT ENGINE LEFT MAGNETO INTERNALLY FAILED, AND REPLACED THE MAGNETO.
