SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, MEDICAL CREW NOTED STRONG FUEL ODOR IN CABIN. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO BASE AND SHUTDOWN. AFTER INSPECTION BY MECHANIC, FUEL LEAK WAS DISCOVERED THROUGH FUEL CAP. NEW FUEL CAP WAS INSTALLED.
