VALVE FAILED TO EXTINGUISH ENGINE HEAT LIGHT IN FLIGHT. ITT RISE WHEN SELECTED. FAILED TO TEST ON GROUND. SWAPPED WITH OTHER SIDE AND PROBLEM INDICATION FOLLOWED. R & R VALVE. VALVE IN SERVICE 148 HOURS SINCE OVERHAUL. OBTAINED FROM MFG.
WHISTLING NOISE HEARD FROM CABIN DOOR AREA, AND 6000' IAW MINUTE CABIN PRESSURE CLIMB NOTICED WHILE AT CRUISE ALTITUDE OF 34,000'. EMERGENCY DESCENT PERFORMED.
NOSE GEAR FORK BROKE AT LT AXLE ATTACH POINT. IT IS SUSPECTED A PREVIOUS ANTI-ICE FLUID (TKS) LEAK IN THE NOSE AREA HAD DILUTED THE WHEEL BEARING GREASE AND CAUSED CORROSION TO SEIZE THE BEARING.
STICK SHAKER DID NOT ACTIVATE WHEN DOING STALL RECOGNITION/RECOVERY TRAINING.
