GEAR LEVER WOULD NOT RETRACT PAST NEUTRAL POSITION IN SYS NR 1 OR SYS NR 2 INTERROGATED PROX BOX FOUND FAULT CODES 64 AND 60 INSTALLED TEST BOX IN A/C. REMOVED PROX BOX AND NOSE GEAR SWITCHES FOR TEST BOX HARNESS. TESTED SYSTEM PER MM TO GEAR MODULE STILL DID NOT TEST. INSTALL NEW MODULE IN A/C STILL FAILED TEST REINSTALLED ORIGINAL GEAR MODULE. A/C TEST BOX AND HARNESS STILL INSTALL TROUBLESHOT AND CONFIRMED L/G CTL LEVER 2GA FAULTY. REMOVED AND REPLACED SAME PER A310-200 AMM 32-31-11- 4, ALSO AS PRECAUTION REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR POSITION SYS 1 SYS 2 SWITCH 10GA PER SWP. SYSTEM OPS CHECKED OK PER AMM 32-31-11-4. OK FOR SERVICE.

L-WING TE BOTTOM SKIN AT PANEL 581AB CUTOUT HAS CRACK ON LOWER SKIN RIB 11 WITH APPROX 0.75 IN LONG REF N00166 STOP DRILLED CRACK, DRILLED UP DOUBLER AND COLDWORKED AND INSTALLED IAW EA 6-5710-107726 AND SB A310-57-2066.
AFT CARGO COMPT BILGE AREA BETWEEN FR 60-61 HAS CORROSION AROUND 18 EA RIVET BUCKTAILS ON S56R. REMOVED CORROSION IAW A310-200 SRM 51-74-10 CHECKED LIMITS IAW A310-200 SRM 53-10-00. FOUND STRG TO BE OUT OF LIMITS. REPAIRED STR IAW A310-200 SRM 53-10-14.
LT ELEVATOR LOWER SKIN IS DISBONDED AT RIB 13 ,5 IN FROM T/E 7.5 IN LONG. REPAIRED DAMAGED AREA IAW EA 6-5520-110453.
AFTER TAKEOFF, NOSE GEAR AMBER "DOOR" WARNING LIGHTS (FWD AND OVERHEAD) REMAINED ON FOLLOWING GEAR RETRACTION. NO EXCESSIVE NOISE OR VIBRATION OBSERVED. WHEN GEAR WAS EXTENDED AGAIN, "DOOR" LIGHT REMAINED ON (BOTH FORWARD AND OVERHEAD INDICATIONS) RETURNED TO IND. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT NLG DOOR UPLOCK ASSY IAW A310-200 MM 32-31-14, SYS OPS OK, A/C OK 4 FLT RII:377762. PREMATURE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION OFF MFG A25431001POS RT SRL M579, ON MFG A25431001-2, SRL U1606 TAG 609521.
PDIS WRI 26-12-5025 AT ABOUT 1500 AFT MAIN DECK CARGO LOOP-A ILLUMINATED, FOLLOWED BY LOOP-B AND RED SMOKE LIGHT & ECAM FIRE WARNING. DECLARED EMER AND RETURNED TO LAND. REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT UPPER CARGO SMOKE DETECTION CONTROLLER AND TESTED PER MM 26-19-00. RAN BOTH ENGINES AND RAN A/C PACK SYS USING BLEED AIR. NO SMOKE OR ODOR NOTED IN CABIN, PER JRH SMOKE DETECTION SYS SHOWED NO FAULTS.
ON APR AT 1000 FT CONFIG TO LAND GOT CARGO SMOKE ALARM/WARN LIGHTS.
CARGO SMOKE AND FIRE ON FINAL FIRE BOTTLES ON APU ENG DISCHARGED ON LAND. REPLACED NR 1 & 2 FIRE BOTTLES IN BOTH ENG 1 & 2 AS PER MM 26-22-12-4. AC OK FOR FLIGHT.
99-292 - ON T/O YELLOW SYSTEM LOW PRESS ECAM WARNING. REJECTED TO AT 83 KTS. YELLOW SYS RECOVERED TO NORM CLEAR RUNWAY.
NR 2 ENG SHUT DOWN DUE TO LOW OIL PRESS, NO RESTART. *S/D* REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 ENG MEC AND FUEL PUMP AS PER AIRBUS MM. CK GOOD. REMOVED AND REPLACED CIT SENSOR PER MM.
LANDING GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT GO PAST THE MID POS. FOLLOW RED TAB AND USED OTHER SYS AS DIRECTED, PROBLEM REMAINED. JUST AFT SYS 2 USED, YELLOW SYS HYD ECAM CAME ON AMBER WITH MANY LIGHTS ON HYD PANEL. *S/D* REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR CONTROL LEVER SWITCH IAW MM 32-31-11.
T/O MEM COULD NOT RAISE GEAR HANDLE. TRIED BOTH POSITION DET SYSTEM 1 AND 2. RECYCLE HANDLE DOWN AND RETRIED. STILL NOT ABLE TO RETRACT. RETURNED TO MEM. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR PITCH DAMPER. PERFORMED GEAR SWING, OPS CHECK OK.
ON FLAP RETRACTION FLAPS REMAINED AT 5 DEG. EXTENSION AND FLAPS SYSTEM NR 1 AND NR 2 FAULT ON, COMPLIED WITH QRH. RESET NR 1 AND NR 2 SFCC'S. CYCLED FLAPS AND SLATS SEVERAL TIMES, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
