THE REPAIR DOCUMENTATION WILL BE SUBMITTED FOR FAA APPROVAL. THE FORWARD LOWER SHELL WILL THEN BE REPAIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FAA APPROVED REPAIR DATA.
ENGINE REMOVED 9-2-16 FOR NR 5 BEARING UPGRADE. NR 5 BEARING EXHIBITED SPALLING ON OUTER RACE AT SPLIT. REPLACED BEARING.
ENGINE DISASSEMBLED 6-21-16 DUE TO SQUEALING NOISE AND CHIP LIGHT ON SHUTDOWN. TURBINE DISASSEMBLED DUE TO NR 1 WHEEL BLADE FAILURE. NR 5 BEARING REMOVED DUE TO SPALLING ON OUTER RACE AT SPLIT. REPLACED NR 5 BEARING.
