STABILIZER SLAT FELL OFF OF AIRCRAFT ON DEPARTURE. FOUND STABILIZER SLAT BRACKET CORRODED AND FAILED.
THE OUTER SKIN, FORWARD WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED. REPAIRED.
FORWARD ROOF SKIN WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED -2 PL., AT SERVO COWLING HINGE AND AT EXISTING NUTPLATE INSTALLATION. REPAIRED.
ENGINE REMOVED TO UPGRADE THE NR 5 BEARING. THE BEARING EXHIBITED SPALLING AT OUTER RACE SPLIT. REPLACED THE NR 5 BEARING.
ENGINE REMOVED 2-22-16, DUE TO TURBINE O/H. NR 5 BEARING EXHIBITED SPALLING OF OUTER RACE AT SPLIT. REPLACED NR 5 BEARING DUE TO SPALLING.
ENGINE REMOVED 4-24-15 DUE TO TURBINE OVERHAUL. TURBINE NR 5 BEARING SCRAPPED DUE TO PROBABLE SPALLING AT OUTER RACE SPLIT. REPLACED WITH NEW NR 5 BEARING.
