CONTROL TUBE IS DEBONDED FROM CLEVIS.
MAIN ROTOR TRANSMISSION DUPLEX BEARING, BEARING SET SPALLING.
MAST POLE MANUFACTURED INCORRECTLY. SCALLOP FOR DRIVE LINK THROUGH BOLT MACHINED IN WRONG LOCATION. MAST POLE HAS 44 RIN.
ON INSPECTION NOTED THAT PC LINKS WERE NOT PROPERLY ALIGNED. IN THE COURSE OF THE INVESTIGATION NOTED THAT MAST POLE MASTER SPLINE AND DRIVE LINK COLLAR SET NOTCH WERE NOT AT THE CORRECT ANGULAR ORIENTATION. REMOVED MAST POLE AND CONTACT BHT.
UPPER BEARING, (PN 2525465) INSIDE OF SPOOL BEARING ASSY FAILED (CAME APART). LOWER SPOOL BEARING, (PN 2525468) IS STILL INTACT, BUT NO LONGER ROTATES FREELY. (K)
ON PREFLIGHT PILOT FOUND TAILBOOM MOVEMENT EXCESSIVE. ON INSPECTION FOUND TAILBOOM ATTACH FITTING CRACKED.
DURING ROUTINE 100-HOUR AIRFRAME INSPECTION, FOUND TAIL ROTOR GEARBOX CASTING CRACKED.
