SECOND CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT INOP. LIGHT WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED IAW 33-51-04. OPS CHECK GOOD.
DOOR RWP MESSAGE ASSOCIATED WITH CARGO DOOR RED OPEN ON DOOR PAGE. RETURNED TO FIELD. MX RESET PSEU AND INSPECTED CARGO DOOR. NO DEFECT NOTED.
LEFT DC GENERATOR FAILURE IN CLIMBING PHASE. PASSENGERS DEPLANED AT THE GATE. ENGINE BEING REMOVED AND REPLACED.
DURING INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY ESCAPE PATH LIGHTING AT ROW 9A WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. A LOOSE CONNECTOR WAS FOUND AND RESECURED. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING AIRCRAFT OPERATION THE CREW REPORTED A TAIL DEICE SYSTEM FAILURE. THE EMPENNAGE CROSS BOOT WAS FOUND FAULTY AND REPLACED. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING WAS FOUND INTERMITTENTLY OPERATING. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED AND AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL RE-ATTACHED THE EMERGENCY TRACK LIGHTING AND PERFORMED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
DURING INSPECTION THE CREW REPORTED THE LAST ONE THIRD EMERGENCY TRACK LIGHTING WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL PERFORMED AN OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEM AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE FAULT. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, LAVATORY EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL REMOVED AND REPLACED LAVATORY EMERGENCY LIGHT, AN OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION, CREW REPORTED THAT EMERGENCY TRACK FLOOR LIGHTING WAS INOPERABLE. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL RESECURED A LOOSE CONNECTOR, AN OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY AND AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION CREW NOTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS OUT. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL ADJUSTED FLOOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD AND AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
