CABIN EMERG LIGHT: WHILE TAXIING IN, CABIN EMER LIGHTS WERE BLINKING WITH THE SWITCH IN ARM POSITION. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED FWD AND AFT EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES, WITH CUSTOMER SUPPLIED BATTERIES IAW PHENOM 300 AMM CH 33-52-01. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS DID NOT EXTINGUISH DURING THE ENTIRE FLIGHT WITH THE EMER LT SWITCH IN THE ARM POSITION. AFTER LANDING WITH MAIN BATT 1/2 OFF ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS BEGAN TO FLICKER UNTIL EMER LT SWITCH TURNED OFF. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH EMERGENCY BATTERIES AND REPLACED WITH TEST UNITS. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF BATTERY AND LIGHTS AS REQUIRED, NO DEFECTS NOTED. REF. AMM 33÷52-01. OKAY TO CONTINUE.

REMOVED INOP AFT EMR BATTERY PACKS AND REPLACED WITH A TESTED, CUSTOMER SUPPLIED BATTERY PACK IAW AMM 33-52·01. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. OPS CHECK GOOD.
SELECTING EMERGENCY. EXIT LIGHTS (CABIN EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHTS REMAIN ON). REMOVED AND REPLACED AFT CABIN EMERGENCY BATTERY (#2 BATTERY) PACK WITH "TESTED" UNIT. OPS CHECKS IN ARMED AND ON/OFF POSITIONS. MX IAW MM33-52-01.
AT 400FT WE SELECTED FLAPS UP AND GOT THE FLAP FAIL INDICATION. RAN QRH CHECKLIST WITH NO CHANGE. LANDING WITHOUT INCIDENT. UPON ARRIVAL, NOTED LH AND RH FLAPS WERE NOT FULLY STOWED. CYCLED THE FLAPS 10 TIMES WITHOUT GETTING A FLAP FAIL CAS MESSAGE. THE FLAPS WERE FULLY STOWED AFTER EACH CYCLE. LUBRICATED FLAP ACTUATORS PER CONTACT CENTERS REQUEST. INSTALLED REPAIRED COMPRESSOR DRIVE PN: 1133640 9, SN: 880 WITH NEW O-RINGS PN: M83461-1-013, PN: M83461/1-017. REMOVED RECEIVER DRYER ASSY PN: 1134275-12. INSTALLED NEW RECEIVER DRYER ASSY PN: 113427S-12 WITH NEW O-RINGS PN: M83461/1-011, PN: AS568-011-HNBR-70. REMOVED DUAL TEMP CONTROLLER P/N: 1300670-6, S/N: 00380. INSTALLED MODIFIED DUAL TEMP CONTLLR OILER P/N: 1300670-8, S/N: 00608. LEAK TEST PERFORMED WITH SATIS RESULTS. SYSTEM CHARGED WITH 4.41 LBS OF R-134A. WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM TASK 21-52-01-400-801-A. PERFORMED SATIS OPS CHECK OF THE VCS. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM CH. 21-52-01 AND CH. 21-61-01.

DURING ACCOMPLISHMENT OF EMBRAER SERVICE BULLETIN 505-55-0004 REV 01 (DATED 06/24/2020) WE NOTED THE FOLLOWING MASS BALANCE WEIGHTS BELOW TOLERANCE AT LEFT ELEVATOR: ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS PART NUMBER PE915109-L33 (7 EACH BELOW MINIMUM OF 84G); HORN MASS WEIGHT PART NUMBER PE915109-L42 (1 EACH BELOW MINIMUM OF 1095G), ALL WEIGHTS HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW MASS WEIGHTS AND THE ELEVATOR BALANCING WAS PERFORMED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. THE ELEVATOR WAS RE-IDENTIFIED TO PART NUMBER 505-11082-601, AS PER SERVICE BULLETIN INSTRUCTIONS. WE ALSO NOTED THE FOLLOWING RIGHT ELEVATOR MASS BALANCE WEIGHTS BELOW TOLERANCE: ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS PART NUMBER PE915109-L33 (9 EACH BELOW MINIMUM OF 84G), ALL WEIGHTS HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW MASS WEIGHTS AND THE ELEVATOR BALANCING WAS PERFORMED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.THE ELEVATOR WAS RE-IDENTIFIED TO PART NUMBER 505-11082-602, AS PER SERVICE BULLETIN INSTRUCTIONS.
GEN 2 OFF BUS YELLOW CAS ILLUMINATED - SOON AFTER TAKEOFF CREW NOTICED AN UNUSUAL AND SIGNIFICANT VIBRATION IN THE RUDDER PEDALS AS WELL AS AN AUDIBLE RUMBLE, MORE NOTICEABLE WITH NOISE CANCELLING HEADSETS BUT ALSO WITHOUT. CLIMBING THRU APPROX FL180 CREW RECEIVED YELLOW GEN 2 FAIL CAS MESSAGE, AND ASSOCIATED WHITE SHED BUSS OFF CAS PLUS GSR1 FAIL SYSTEM ADVISORY MESSAGE ON GTC. CREW PERFORMED QRH AND SINCE BOTH MESSAGE AND VIBRATION PERSISTED, FOLLOWED QRH THROUGH PRECAUTIONARY SHUTDOWN OF #2 ENGINE AND LANDED. PERFORMED GVI OF THE STARTER/GENERATOR WITH NO EXTERNAL DAMAGE TO IT OR THE SURROUNDING AREA. REMOVED STARTER/GEN FOUND REAR BEARING WENT BAD. REMOVED AND REPLACED STARTER/GEN, STARTER PAD MAG SEAL, ACCESSORY DRIVE GEARSHAFT REAR SEAL, RH ENGINE FUEL INLET PRESSURE TUBE AND OIL FILTER. PERFORMED UNSCHEDULED ENGINE WINDMILLING IN FLIGHT INSPECTION WITH NO FAULTS FOUND. PERFORMED UNSCHEDULED AIRCRAFT NOISE AND VIBRATION INSPECTION WITH NO FAULTS FOUND.

AFTER TAKEOFF, IT WAS NOTICED THAT FUEL WAS EXITING FROM RT WING TANK VENT.
DURING CHECKLIST FOUND UPPER TORQUE LINK CRACKED P/N 1159LM30548-9 AT CONNECTING LOWER TORQUE LINK P/N 1159LM30553-3.
ON DEPARTURE (STEER BY WIRE) FAIL MESSAGE CAME ON. LIGHT OUT WHEN GEAR RETRACTED. EXTENDED GEAR AND LIGHT ON AGAIN. RETRACTED GEAR AND FLEW TO LGB. WHEN GEAR EXTENDED, LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE. LANDED WITH SWITCH ON AND SYSTEM NORMAL. MAINTENANCE DETERMINED AN INTERNAL SHORT IN NOSE LANDING GEAR HARNESS EXISTED, CAUSING SYSTEM TO BE INOPERATIVE.
STEER - BY - WIRE FAILED ON LANDING. NOSE WHEEL STEERING WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE DETERMINED SERVO VALVE AT FAULT. EXACT FAILURE TO BE DETERMINED AT TEARDOWN.
LEFT BLEED AIR READS 1 PSI ON TAXI, RIGHT READS 10 PSI. LEFT BLEED AIR AT ALL ALTITUDES READS 10 PSI AND RIGHT READS 21 TO 24 PSI. ON TAKEOFF RIGHT BLEED PRESSURE HI ILLUMINATED RIGHT BLEED READ 78 PSI. SWITCHED OFF RIGHT BLEED AND LIGHT WENT OUT TURNED RIGHT BLEED BACK ON AT 17000 FT WORKED NORMAL DISPLAYING 21 PSI ON RIGHT AND 10 PSI ON LEFT. CABIN RATE OF CLIMB PEGGED FULL RATE UP AND THEN ALTERNATING FULL RATE DOWN AT NORMAL CRUISE FLIGHT LEVER 410. THIS CONTINUED UNTIL OUTFLOW VALVE WAS FULL OPEN, TRIED MANUAL AND ADC 1&2.

TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM, FOUND POWER TO ISOLATION VALVE, BUT NO MOVEMENT OF VALVE. FOUND VALVE TO BE STUCK IN CLOSED POSITION. REMOVED FAULTY VALVE, INSTALLED REPAIRED VALVE OF SAME PART NUMBER. OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW GAC GIV MM, CH 36-12-00 AND CMP S61065. OLD VALVE SEAT TO GAC FOR EVALUATION. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. LANDINGS: 1,511. (X)
