FORWARD SHELL ASSEMBLY WAS FOUND TO BE CORRODED (TWO PLACES AT EXISTING INSERTS). THE REPAIR DOCUMENTATION WILL BE SUBMITTED FOR FAA APPROVAL. THE FORWARD SHELL ASSEMBLY WILL THEN BE REPAIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FAA-APPROVED REPAIR DATA.
TURBINE REMOVED 6-21-15 FOR OVERHAUL DUE TO METAL IN OIL. REMOVED NR 5 BEARING DUE TO SPALLING. FOUND SPALLING ON OUTER RACE AT SPLIT. SCRAP PART AND REPLACED WITH NEW BEARING.
ENGINE REMOVED 4-18-15 DUE TO METAL IN OIL. NR 5 BEARING EXHIBITS GROOVED AND SPALLING BALLS WITH PROBABLE OUTER RACE SPALLING AT SPLIT. INSTALLED NEW NR 5 BEARING. PART WILL BE SUBMITTED TO MFG FOR FURTHER EVALUATION.
ENGINE REMOVED 4-18-15 DUE TO METAL IN OIL. COMPRESSOR NR 2 BEARING EXHIBITS SPALLING BALLS AND BROKEN RETAINING RING. INSTALLED NEW NR 2 BEARING. PART WILL BE SUBMITTED TO MFG FOR WARRANTY CREDIT.

VOR SYSTEM YELLOW NEEDLE ERRATIC. SENT TO HONEYWELL, KANSAS FOR INSPECTION AND REPAIR.
MAIN ROTOR BLADE NEEDS TO BE REBALANCED ACCORDING TO SPECS.

MAIN ROTOR BLADE OUTBOARD LEADING EDGE ABRASION STRIP HAS SEVERAL EROSION HOLES. ALSO NEEDS TO BE REBALANCED. SENT TO ROTOR BLADES, INC. FOR WARRANTY REPAIR.
MAIN ROTOR BLADE NEEDS TO BE BALANCED ACCORDING TO SPECS.
CORROSION FOUND ON MAIN ROTOR GEARBOX. REPAIRED.
