EMERGENCY LIGHTS CAME ON WHILE AT CRUISE IN ARM POSITION. LIGHTS TURNED OFF DECENDONG THROUGH 10,000. NO CAS MESSAGE ASSOCIATED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: FOUND TO BE TRANSITORY CONDITION OF THE LIGHT CONTROL PANEL. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW PHENOM 300 FIM 4885 33-50-00.
PARKING BRAKE: PARKING BRAKE NOT ENGAGING WHEN SET. NO ILLUMINATION ON PARKING BRAKE INDICATOR ON DASH WHILE IN THE ENGAGED POSITION. REPLACED EMERGENCY/PARKING BRAKE VALVE IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 32-43-02. OPS CHECK GOOD.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: ALL OF THE CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTING STARTED FLASHING WHILE IN CRUISE. CYCLED EMERGENCY LIGHTING OFF, ON, AND ARM, CONDITION DID NOT RESOLVE WHEN SWITCH WAS PLACED BACK IN ARM. REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERY. IAW AMM 33-52-01. OPS CHECK GOOD.
FLAP FAIL YELLOW CAS: FLAP FAIL CAS MESSAGE WHEN THE FLAP HANDLE WAS MOVED TO THE FLAP 1 POSITION. THE FLAPS DID NOT EXTEND. WE WERE AT 170 KTS AND APPROXIMATELY 8,000' ON THE VISUAL APPROACH TO KSUN. REMOVED FAULTY FLAP PDU AND INSTALLED TESTED PDU IAW AMM 27-51-07. DISCONNECTED THE PDU FROM FLEX SHAFTS AND BROUGHT EACH FLAP PANEL IN TO THE ZERO POSITION AS REQUIRED TO CORRECT FLAP RIGGING DISCREPANCY IAW AMM MPP 27-50-00-820-801-A AND 27-50-00-720-801-A. ONCE FLAPS WERE VERIFIED IN THE PROPER RIGGED POSITION, ALL FLEX SHAFTS WERE RE-INSTALLED. PERFORMED ELECTRONIC RIGGING OF THE FLAPS REF AMM 27-50-00-720-801-A. PERFORMED FLAP FUNCTIONAL CHECK IAW AMM 27-50-00 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
ON ENTERING A VISUAL PATTERN THE AMBERBRK FAIL CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. AFTER RUNNING THE QRH WE LANDED USING THE EMERGENCY BRAKE. THE LEFT MAIN TIRE SKIDDED. NEITHER MAIN TIRES BLEW OUT. PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF LH & RH MAIN WHEELS & BRAKE FOR DEFECTS. FOUND LH MAIN TIRE WITH LARGE FLAT SPOT SHOWING CORD NOTIFIED MCC, POWERED ACFT AND DID NOT SEE BRAKE FAIL CAS MESSAGE POSTED ON POWERUP ACCESSED CMC DATA & REVIEWED FAULT HISTORY FOR BRK FAIL CAS MESSAGE FOUND BRAKE CONTROL MODULE FAIL FAULT CODE 32421300 PERFORMED FIM TASK 32-41-00-810-813-1 & ISOLATED FAIL TO BCM PER FIM TREE. R & R BCM IAW AMM 32-41-07. PERFORMED HYD. BLEEDING PROCEDURE IAW AMM 29-10-00 ALL LEAK CHECKS SATISFACTORY.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN CABIN AND EMERGENCY EXIT REMAINED ON WHILE EMERGENCY LIGHTS SWITCH IN COCKPIT WAS IN THE 'ARMED' POSITION. REMOVED FWD EMERGENCY POWER UNIT PN: 7450LS-00 SN:005184 AND REPLACED WITH PN:7450LS SN: 006162 AND REMOVED AFT EMERGENCY POWER UNIT PN: 7450LS-00 SN: 005148 AND REPLACED WITH PN: 7450LS-00 SN: 006501. PERFORMED WORK IAW AMM TASK 33-52-01. OPS CHECKED GOOD. WORKING AS REQUIRED. ORIG SUB DATE: 10/14/2022
MAIN DOOR: DOOR PAX OPEN RED CAS MESSAGE AT FL 370. ARRIVED AT THE AIRCRAFT AND PER EMBRAER'S RECOMMENDATION PERFORMED MAIN ENTRY DOOR OPS CHECK AND OPS CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY. DURING THE OPERATIONAL CHECK, SOMETHING WAS MOVING INSIDE THE DOOR. REMOVED THE AIR STAIR AND FOUND A LOT OF DEBRIS THAT MIGHT INTERFERE WITH THE DOOR MICRO SWITCH MECHANISM. VACUUMED THE DEBRIS. PERFORMED A GVI OF THE MED MICRO SWITCHES AND HARNESS. NO DEFECT NOTED AT THIS TIME. REINSTALLED THE AIR STAIR, PERFORMED MULTIPLE MAIN ENTRY DOOR OPS CHECKS, AND THE OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. CONTACTED MCC AND MCC AGREED WITH ME ON SIGNING THIS MX ITEM. RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION. WORK WAS DONE IAW FIM 52-71-00-810-801-A.
MAIN DOOR HANDLE: EXTERIOR MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR LOCKING HANDLE DOES NOT STOW FULLY BY USING THE EXTERIOR HANDLE ITSELF OR BY USING THE INTERIOR HANDLE//CORRECTIVE ACTION//FOUND WHITE RUB BLOCK ON EXTERIOR HANDLE TO BE PROTRUDING TOO MUCH, RE SEATED THE BLOCK INTO A BETTER POSITION TO ALLOW THE LATCH TO HOOK ONTO THE ROD AS DESIGNED. REPLACED 2 RIVNUTS FOR THE DOOR LINING INSTALL FOUND DURING LINING REMOVAL. PERFORMED SATISFACTORY OPS CHECK OF MAIN CABIN/PAX DOOR OPERATION. WORK PERFORMED IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 52-11-24, 25-23-04, 25-23-04 AND 52-10-00
MAIN DOOR HANDLE: MAIN CABIN DOOR HANDLE HARD TO OPERATE // SIGNOFF//REMOVED MAIN DOOR STEPS AND INSPECTED DOOR HANDLE AND ACTUATORS AND RODS. NO DEFECTS NOTED, LUBRICATED DOOR HANDLE AND LOCK PINS AS REQUIRED. ACTUATED HANDLE, OPERATES SMOOTHLY AT THIS TIME. REINSTALLED DOOR STEPS AS REQUIRED. ALL WORK DONE IN REFERENCE WITH 52-14-00.

ADJUSTED LOOSE MICRO SWITCH PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS IAW EMB MM. CH 52-71-20 SUBTASK 710-001-A. OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME.

ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS PART NUMBER PE915109-L33 (4 EACH BELOW MINIMUM OF 84G). ALL WEIGHTS HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW MASS WEIGHTS AND THE ELEVATOR BALANCING WAS PERFORMED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. THE ELEVATOR WAS RE-IDENTIFIED TO PART NUMBER 505-11082-601, AS PER SB INSTRUCTIONS. WE ALSO NOTED THE FOLLOWING RIGHT ELEVATOR MASS BALANCE WEIGHTS BELOW TOLERANCE: ADJUSTABLE WEIGHTS PART NUMBER PE915109-L33 (8 EACH BELOW MINIMUM OF 84G), HORN MASS WEIGHT PART NUMBER PE915109-L42 (1 EACH BELOW MINIMUM OF 1095G). ALL WEIGHTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH A NEW MASS WEIGHTS AND THE ELEVATOR BALANCING WAS PERFORMED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. THE ELEVATOR WAS RE-IDENTIFIED TO PART NUMBER 505-11082-602, AS PER SB INSTRUCTIONS. THIS REPORT COMPLIES WITH FAA 14 CFR PART 135 OPERATORâS GMM REQUIREMENTS.
