DURING AN INSPECTION, FOUND THE STIFFENER ON THE LOWER SKIN, UNDER THE CARGO BAY FLOOR CRACKED, CRACKING APPEARS TO BE CAUSED BY OIL CANNING OF THE FUSELAGE SKIN.
