CREW REPORTED THAT THE AFT FLIGHT ATTENDANT FLASHLIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF AFT FLIGHT ATTENDANT FLASHLIGHT IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
CREW REPORTED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHT IN FIRST CLASS WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LIGHT IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
CREW REPORTED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS LOOSE. MAINTENANCE SECURED THE LIGHT IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
CREW REPORTED THAT THE FORWARD LAV SMOKE DETECTOR ILLUMINATED AND THE CAPTAIN COULD SMELL SMOKE. CREW INSPECTED LAV AND FOUND NO INDICATON OF SMOKE. AN EMERGENCY WAS NOT DECLARED AND CREW LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. CAPTAIN LATER SPOKE WITH PASSENGER WHO ADMITTED TO SMOKING AN E-CIGARETTE.
CREW REPORTED THAT THE L2 EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSY WOULD NOT WORK. MAINTENANCE R & R THE BATTERY PACK IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD.
CREW RECEIVED A RT AND LT BRAKE FAULT MESSAGE ALONG WITH A AUTO BRAKE FAIL MESSAGE. ABORTED TAKEOFF AND RETURNED TO GATE WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED BCM 1 AND 2 IBIT CHECKS IAW AMM WITH NO FAULTS FOUND. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED OPS CHECKS OF HE BRAKE SYSTEM IAW AMM AND OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT IS GOOD FOR SERVICE.
