AFTER TAKEOFF FROM KPBI ABOUT 40 MINUTES, THE RIGHT WINDSHIELD OUTER PLY CRACKED. CREW DESELECTED WINDSHIELD HEAT AND PULLED THE RESPECTIVE C/B IAW THE AIRCRAFT FLT MANUAL. AIRCRAFT COMPLETED FLIGHT WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. REPLACED WINDSHIELD. (M)
