TAPPET BODY SEPARATED AND CAUSED ENGINE TO BECOME CONTAMINATED WITH METAL. THIS WAS RECONDITIONED TAPPET BODY. HAVE BEEN USING THESE TAPPETS FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST ONE THAT HAVE HAD TO BREAK.
