WHEN MOVING EMER LIGHT SWITCH TO ARM POSITION ALL EMER LIGHTS COME ON AND STAY ON. THEY REMAIN ON WHEN MOVING TO THE ON POSITION AND BACK TO THE ARM POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD AND AFT EMERGENCY BATTERIES WITH REPAIRED UNITS AS NEEDED. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED IAW P300 AMM 33-52-01. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. PN ON/OFF: 7450L5-00
THE SPRING ON THE EXTERIOR RED LEVER HANDLE IS BROKEN. WHEN YOU UNSTOW THE HANDLE THE LEVER DROPS DOWN WITH NO TENSION. WHEN YOU MOVE THE LEVER BACK TO THE NEUTRAL DETENT IT WILL NOT STOW WITHOUT MANIPULATION OF THE CLASP TO STOW IN PLACE. THE CLASP ITSELF IS NOT VERY TIGHT SO DOOR HANDLE COULD POTENTIALLY UNSTOW DURING FLIGHT. R&R MED EXTERNAL HANDLE IAW AMM 52-11-24. OPS CHECK GOOD.
WE GOT A FLAPS FAIL CAS MESSAGE WHEN BRINGING FLAPS FROM 1 TO 2. CYCLED FLAPS AND CAS MESSAGE WENT AWAY. TRIED A SECOND TIME AND WHEN BRINGING FLAPS TO 2 GOT CAS MESSAGE AGAIN. WENT THROUGH QRH AND LANDED FLAPS ZERO. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED #1 FCE AND INSTALLED REPAIRED #1 FCE IAW P-300 AMM CH. 27-03-01. REMOVED FLAP SELECTOR LEVER ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLED REPAIRED FLAP SELECTOR LEVER ASSEMBLY. OPS AND RIGGING CHECKED GOOD IAW P-300 AMM CH. 27-50-00.
WITH SWITCH IN ARMED POSITION, ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE ON. PERFORMED AMM 24-41-00-860-801-A/200, AND PER AMM REPLACE BATTERIES. REMOVED FORWARD AND AFT EMERGENCY BATTERIES AND REPLACED WITH SERVICABLE UNITS AND CHARGED IAW AMM 33-51-01.
DURING CLIMB THROUGH FL340 A BURNING ELECTRICAL SMELL WAS NOTICED. AFTER A FEW MINUTES MUTIPLE EICAS MESSAGES ILLUMINATED. NR 1 RADIO ON BOTH GIA'S FAILED A/P FAILED YAW DAMP FAILED & SEVERAL OTHER SYS. NR 2 RADIO WAS TRANSMITTING VERY WEAK AND AT TIMES OTHER ACFT WERE THE ONLY ONES THAT COULD HEAR US TRANSMITTING. REMOVED DUE TO BURNING SMELL COMING OFF GIA63W WITH ASSOCIATED GIA 1 COMM AND AP CAS MESSAGES. REPLACED WITH PN SN MENTIONED ABOVE. OPS CHECK GOOD. ALL OPTIONS AND BASE CONFIGURATION LOADED FOR GIA 1. WORK DONE IAW MM 31-41-05.

DOOR PAX OPEN WARNING MESSAGE APPEARED AFTER START UP. CYCLED DOOR THREE TIMES, WARNING MESSAGE REMAINED ON. RAN ENGINES AND OPS CHECKED PAX DOOR NUMEROUS TIMES, NO WARNING MESSAGES APPEARED AFTER START. THERE WAS NO HISTORY ON THIS ISSUE. OPS CHECKED THE MAIN DOOR MICROSWITCHES IAW 52-71-20. OPS CHECKED GOOD
FLAP FAIL YELLOW CAS ILLUMINATED - IN CRUISE AMBER SWPS FAULT DISPLAYED, WITH FLAP FAIL, PTRIM BKP FAIL INDICATIONS. //SIGNOFF// REPLACED #1 FCE PART # 462900-1017 SN# 1245 WITH REPAIRED UNIT IAW P-300 AMM 27-03-01-400-801-A PERFORMED FLAPS SYSTEM RIGGING IAW P-300 AMM CHAP 27-50-00-820-801-A OPS CHECK GOOD
DURING FLIGHT HEARD A LOUD SQUEALING NOISE FOLLOWED BY A WHITE HYD SYS FAULT. FOLLOWED THE CHECKLIST. WE PULLED UP THE HYD SCHEMATIC, NOTICED THAT THE HYD PRESSURE WAS SLOWLY GOING TO ZERO. THEN GOT A HYD LO PRESS FOLLOWED BY PUSHER FAIL AND BRK FAIL. COMPLIED WITH ALL CHECKLISTS AND BRIEFED FOR A NO HYD, NO BRAKE LANDING. ELECTED TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED. BEFORE LANDING THE FOLLOWING MESSAGES ALSO WERE DISPLAYED BECAUSE THEY ARE HYD OPERATED. GRD SPLR FAIL, A WHITE SPOILER FAULT. AND PUSHER OFF WHICH WAS SELECTED OFF IAW THE CHECKLIST. REMOVED RT EDP HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR MANIFOLD INLET LINE. INSTALLED NEW TUBE ASSY & PERFORMED HYDRAULIC DECONTAMINATION PROCEDURES. REPLACED LT & RT EDPS. ALL OPS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD. ALL MX COMPLETED IAW AMM 20-10-03, 29-12-02, & 29-10-00. PERFORMED THE INSPECTION EMM 05-50-00-210-822. HYDRAULIC PUMP UNSCHEDULED REMOVAL INSPECTION EMM 05-50-00-210-822 ON LT AND RT ENGINES COMPLIED WITH. PERFORMED THE INSPECTION EMM 05-50-00-210-822, NR1 HYDRAULIC PUMP UNSCHEDULED REMOVAL PERFORMED THE INSPECTION EMM 05-50-00-210-822 NR 1 HYDRAULIC PUMP UNSCHEDULED REMOVAL. DUE TO NR 1 EDP RUNNING WITHOUT HYDRAULIC FLUID FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR, REMOVED & REPLACED NR 1 EDP WITH REPAIRED IAW AMM 29-12-01. OPS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD. PERFORMED THE INSPECTION EMM 05-50-00-210-822, NR 2 HYDRAULIC PUMP UNSCHEDULED REMOVAL PERFORMED THE INSPECTION EMM 05-50-00-210-822 NR 2 HYDRAULIC PUMP UNSCHEDULED REMOVAL. DUE TO NR 2 EDP RUNNING WITHOUT HYDRAULIC FLUID FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR, REMOVED & REPLACED THE NR 2 EDP WITH REPAIRED IAW AMM 29-12-01. OPS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
