AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FLIGHT CREW ACCOMPLISHED AN ABORTED TAKEOFF DUE TO BRAKES HOT ON TAKEOFF. THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE #4 BRAKE TEMP EXCEEDED 3OO DEGREES WHILE ALL OTHER BRAKES WERE BELOW 200. THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT AFTER THE LOW-SPEED ABORTED TAKEOFF THE #4 APPROACHED 500 DEG AND ALL OTHERS REMAINED BELOW 255 DEG. WHILE RETURNING TO GATE WITH BRAKE FANS ON #4 NEVER WENT BELOW 370 ALL OTHER TEMPS BELOW 100. THE FLIGTH CREW NOTED THAT THE AIRCRAFT DRAGGED SLIGHTLY RIGHT ON TAXI. MAINTENANCE FOUND #4 BRAKE TO BE LOCKED UP AND REPLACED THE BRAKE ASSMBLY PER AMM 32-42-07. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED WITH NO ISSUES NOTED.
