DURING NORMAL CRUISE FLIGHT AT ABOUT 16,000 FT IN ICING CONDITIONS, THE PILOT’S AIRSPEED INDICATION WAS READING LOW AND CONTINUED TO DROP UNTIL IT REACHED ZERO. THE CREW TROUBLESHOT THE ISSUE USING THE QRH, WHEN THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO SELECT THE ALTERNATE STATIC SOURCE, THE SELECTOR VALVE WAS SEIZED AND WOULD NOT ROTATE. THE CO-PILOTS AIRSPEED INDICATOR, INDICATED NORMAL FOR ANOTHER FIVE MINUTES OF FLIGHT AND THEN STARTED TO DECREASE UNTIL IT READ ZERO. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED. DURING DECENT THROUGH 3000 FT THE AIRSPEED INDICATORS BEGAN TO INDICATE AND THE AIRSPEED INDICATION WAS RELATIVE TO THE CURRENT POWER SETTINGS. THE CREW REMAINED UNDER AN EMERGENCY CONDITION AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND FOUND MOISTURE IN THE AFT STATIC PORTS AND CLEANED AND REMOVED THE MOISTURE. INSPECTED THE ALTERNATE STATIC SOURCE VALVE AND FOUND IT WAS SEIZED. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE ALTERNATE STATIC SOURCE VALVE. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED A PITOT/STATIC CHECK WITH NO LEAKS NOTED. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE AIRSPEED INDICTORS, STATIC SYSTEM INSTRUMENTS AND ALTERNATE STATIC SOURCE VALVE WAS NORMAL.

ON VISUAL APPROACH, PILOT SELECTED LG TO THE EXTENDED POSITION. THE LG POSITION INDICATORS LIGHTS FOR THE MLG REMAINED RED & THE LIGHT FOR NLG DID NOT ILLUMINATE. THE PILOT CYCLED THE LG & RECEIVED TWO GREEN INDICATOR LIGHTS FOR THE MLG, BUT NO LIGHT FOR THE NLG. PERFORMED AN EMER MANUAL EXTENSION OF THE LG, RECEIVED THREE GREEN DOWN & LOCKED INDICATOR LIGHTS. THE PILOT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. INSPECTION REVEALED RT ENG HYD TUBE BY THE OIL TANK CHAFED THROUGH. REPLACED THE HYD TUBE WITH A NEW TUBE, SERVICED THE HYD SYS & PERFORMED HYD SYS OPERATIONAL CHECKS, ALL CHECKED NORMAL.

REPLACED CONNECTOR, WIRING FOR EGT SYS FROM RT ENG FIREWALL TO PIGTAIL HARNESS & RT EGT COMPENSATOR & SRL COMPUTER. OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF EGT SYS WERE NORMAL DURING GND PERFORMANCE RUNS.

R & R HYD LINE WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT, ALSO REPLACED BOTH LT & RT HYD PUMPS & INSPECTED THE SYS FILTER AS A PRECAUTION ALL WORK COMPLETED IAW ACFT MM 29-10-20. PERFORMED SYS OPERATIONAL CHECKS, LEAK CHECK & LG SWINGS IAW MM 29-00-00 & 32-00-00. ALL SYS CHECKS WERE NORMAL.
