DURING TAXI OUT, AIRCRAFT BRAKING SYSTEM BEGAN TO SHUDDER. NOTICEABLE IN BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT BRAKES, HOWEVER THE RIGHT SIDE WAS MUCH MORE EXTREME. NO CAS MESSAGES WERE DISPLAYED. NO ABNORMALITIES WERE NOTED ON POST FLIGHT VISUAL INSPECTION. PERFORMED BLEEDING OF THE MAIN AND EMERGENCY BRAKE SYSTEM. REMOVED AND REPLACED BRAKE CONTROL UNIT. / PERFORMED BRAKE FUNCTIONAL TEST AND OPS AND LEAK CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. IAW AMM 32-40-00, 32-41-00 AND 32-41-01. PERFORMED TAXI CHECK TO VERIFY IF THE BRAKE SHUTTER HAS BEEN CORRECTED. TAXI CHECKS ARE GOOD AT THIS TIME. NO SHUDDER OR UNUSUAL NOISES HEARD OR FELT DURING TAXI. IAW AMM 09-20-01.
UPON LANDING I APPLIED BOTH MAIN BRAKES AND HAD NO RESPONSE FOR STOPPING. FO THEN TRIED HIS BRAKES WITH NO RESPONSE EITHER. I THEN PULLED THE EMERGENCY BRAKE AND HAD NO RESPONSE FOR STOPPING. ANTI-SKID FAIL CAS MESSAGE APPEARED ON LANDING ROLLOUT. NR 1 WHEEL ASSY. HUB CAP REMOVED FOR OPS CHECKS. REMOVED LT MAIN WHEEL ASSY & REMOVED LT BRAKE ASS. INSTALLED AN OVERHAULED LT BRAKE ASSY, INSTALLED A REPAIRED LEFT MAIN WHEEL ASSY IAW MM 32-45-01, 32-45·21. COMPLIED WITH TAXI CHECK AS REQUIRED. ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD.
MLG BRAKE PRESSURE: TAXIING OUT, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL AND VERY PRONOUNCED SHUTTERING OF THE BRAKES AS IF WE WERE ON ICE SKIDDING. WE STARTED TAXIING BACK TO THE FBO THEN THE LEAD PAX NOTICED ALSO AND ASKED IF THE BRAKES WERE OK. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PERFORMED TAXI CHECKS. NO DEFECTS NOTED. IAW PHENOM 300 AMM CH32-40-00 AND 32-43-05.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: EMER LIGHTS ILLUMINATE IN THE ARMED POSITION CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED #1 EMERGENCY BATTERY IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 33-52-01-960-801-A. OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY.
MAIN DOOR VISUAL INDICATOR: BOTH HANDLE INDICATORS ARE MISALIGNED WHEN THE DOOR IS CLOSED AND LATCHED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: ADJUSTED MED VISUAL INDICATORS TO BE VISIBLE WHEN THE MED IS CLOSED AND LATCHED. IAW EMB-505 AMM CH 52-10-00/200
WHEN BRAKING, FEELING AN HEARING ABRUPT GRINDING VIBRATION FEELING AS IF ON GRAVEL. REMOVED WORN LH BRAKE AND INSTALLED OVERHAULED BRAKE ASSEMBLY IAW AMM 32-45-21. SERVICED MAIN HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WITH 1QT FLUID 881 IAW AMM 12-13-00. LEAK AND OPS CHECKS GOOD. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED AT THIS TIME.
FLAP FAIL YELLOW CAS: FLAP FAIL YELLOW CAS ILLUMINATED DURING TAKE-OFF. FLAPS STUCK IN THE NUMBER ONE POSITION.
MAIN DOOR ACOUSTIC SEAL: 4TH WRITEUP; DURING CLIMB AT7.4 PSI AND 22,000 FEET, A LOUD WHINE NOISE AROUND UPPER LEFT QUADRANT OF MAIN CABIN DOOR STARTED AND BECAME PROGRESSIVELY LOUDER THROUGH FLIGHT. SOUND BEGAN TO DISSIPATE DURING DESCENT THROUGH 17000 FEET AT 6.4 PSI. DURING POST FLIGHT NO DAMAGE TO DOOR SEAL WAS OBSERVED. REMOVED MAIN DOOR AIRFRAME SEAL AND REPLACED WITH NEW SEAL. WORK PERFORMED IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 52-10-21. PERFORMED LEAK CHECK OF MAIN DOOR. NO DEFECTS AT THIS TIME. ORIG SUBMISSION DATE: 12/20/2022
LOWER LT (WITH MAIN DOOR CLOSED) LATCH INDICATOR MISSING. REMOVED THE LATCH PIN AND INSTALLED A NEW LATCH PIN IAW AMM 52-11-21. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED. CONFIGURED AIRCRAFT BACK TO ORIGINAL CONFIRGURATION.
LOUD WHISTLING SOUND EMANATING FROM UPPER PART OF MAIN CABIN DOOR AT ALTITUDE WHERE DELTA P RANGED FROM 9.2 PSI TO 6.5 PSI. PASSENGER WAS DISTURBED BY THE NOTICEABLE SOUND AND CONTACTED CREW. SEAL AROUND MAIN CABIN DOOR APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN PATCHED WHERE SOUND WAS COMING FROM. FOUND THAT THE SEAL HAD BEEN REPAIRED PREVIOUSLY AND WAS REPAIRED INCORRECTLY, SPOKE WITH NJ MCC AND THEY WANT US TO REPLACE THE SEAL, PLACED SEAL ON ORDER, REMOVED OLD SEAL AND INSTALLED NEW SEAL RTV IAW EMB-505S AMM CH 52-10-20-000-80 I-A LK AND OP'S CK GOOD.

AFTER TAKEOFF, RETRACTED GEAR AND NOSE GEAR FAILED TO FULLY RETRACT, EXTENDED GEAR AGAIN AND RIGHT MAIN FAILED TO INDICATE DOWN AND LOCKED UNTIL EMERGENCY BLOWDOWN WAS ACTIVATED. MAINTENANCE FOUND NOSE GEAR JACK PAD OVER TORQUED AND EXCESSIVE PAINT, REMOVED PAINT AND LOOSENED NUT. RIGHT GEAR ISSUE WAS DUE TO CONFIGURATION ISSUE.
DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION OF LANDING GEAR CORROSION WAS NOTED ON UNIVERSAL FITTING (RT GEAR).
