BURNING SMELL ON TAKEOFF. DURING BORESCOPE INSPECTION OF RT ENGINE 1ST STAGE HPT BLADE, MX FOUND LEADING EDGE COATING LOOSE. ENGINE IS BEING CHANGED, WAS BAD FROM STOCK.
BURNING ODOR IN CABIN AFTER GEAR RETRACTION. PSBL SMOKE IN CABIN. MECHANIC FOUND DC TIE SWITCH AND RECIRCULATION FAN SWITCH OUT, RESET SWITCHES, PERFORMED OPS CHECK ON BOTH SYSTEMS. NO DEFECT NOTED IAW 24-10-00 AND 21-22-00.
DURING CLIMB THE CREW NOTED A PROXY FAIL CAS MESSAGE. FLIGHT RETURNED TO FIELD AS A PRECAUTION AND AIRCRAFT LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL FOUND NOSE STRUT OVERSERVICED AND DESERVICED TO PROPER LEVEL. AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
DURING CLIMB THE CREW NOTED A PROXY FAIL AND NLG WOW CAS MESSAGE. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AS A PRECAUTION AND AIRCRAFT LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL REMOVED AND REPLACED THE PSEU PROXIMITY BOX. A SATISFACTORY FUNCTIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED AND AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY TRACK LIGHTING WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED AND AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION A FORWARD SECTION OF THE EMERGENCY TRACK LIGHTING WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL DISCOVERED A LOOSE CONNECTOR AND RECONNECTED IT. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED AND AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
DURING PREFLIGHT INSPECTION, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE EMERGENCY FLOOR TRACK LIGHTING WAS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL SECURED A LOOSE BATTERY PACK. AN OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING PREFLIGHT INPECTION THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE EMERGENCY LIGHT BETWEEN ROWS 4-6, INTERMITTENT. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL PERFORMED AN OPERATIONAL CHECK AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
