THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING A ROUTINE OVERNIGHT SERVICE CHECK INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE REPORTED A PORTION OF THE EMERGENCY EVACUATION LIGHTING SYSTEM WOULD NOT TEST. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE POWER SUPPLY BATTERY PACK. AN OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED PER AMM 33-50-00, OPS CHECKED NORMAL. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT CREW PERSONNEL REPORTED AFTER TAKEOFF COULD SMELL BURNING DUST SMELL. FOLLOWED BY BOTH AFT LAV SMOKE DETECTORS GOING OFF, RETURNED TO THE FIELD. MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL PERFORMED PACK BURNOUT IAW AMM 21-20-02, REMOVED AND REPLACED COALESCER BAGS NO SMOKE NOTED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

AFTER TAKEOFF F/A NOTIFIED FLIGHT CREW OF SMOKE IN THE CABIN. ALL SYSTEM AND INDICATION NORMAL, BOTH TEMP PACK GAUGES WERE BOTH INDICATING AT THE 2 O`CLOCK POSITION. AFTER 10 MINUTES, SMOKE CLEARED. MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL TROUBLESHOT TO THE RIGHT PACK TEMP CONTROLLER, MANUAL WORKS NORMAL. REMOVED AND REPLACED AIR CONDITIONING PRESSURE REGULATOR VALVE, RIGHT SIDE. PERFORMED ADJUSTMENT AND TEST REF MM 21-31-01, NO FAULT NOTED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
