PROPELLER STARTED TO SURGE ON RT ENGINE DURING CRUISE FLIGHT CONDITIONS. AC WAS LANDED AND THE PROPELLER GOVERNOR WAS REPLACED WITH AN OVERHAULED GOVERNOR. (K)
BELLCRANK BROKE DURING GEAR RETRACTION. PROBABLE CAUSE IS DUE TO FATIGUE AND STRESS. SUGGEST REMOVAL OF BELLCRANK AFTER 5,000 HOURS OF OPERATION, DYE CHECK, REINSTALL AND RIG GEAR DOOR SYSTEM IAW SRM. (K)
DURING FLIGHT, ONE PROP BOOT DEPARTED AIRCRAFT. UPON INSPECTION IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE PAINT DID NOT ADHERE TO THE BLADE PROPERLY AND THE BOOT CAME LOOSE.
RIGHT MAIN INBOARD GEAR DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE AFTER EXTENSION. FOUND BROKEN IDLER BELLCRANK. GEAR WAS FOUND RIGGED PROPERLY. SUBMITTER STATED CAUSE OF MALFUNCTION UNKNOWN.
