REPEAT WRITE-UP. "CORRECTIVE ACTION" TECHS HAVE PERFORMED THE UP-LOCK BLEED, THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM BLEED, AND HAVE HAD THE GEAR IN THE UP AND LOCKED POSITION FOR 30 MINUTES. EXTENDED THE GEAR AND WAITING THE ALLOTTED 2 HOURS TO PERFORM THE UPLOCK BLEEDING ONCE MORE PER PHENOM 300 AMM 29-10-00-860-801-A - MAIN HYDRAULIC SYSTEM - BLEED OF AIR AND PHENOM 300 AMM 32-31-00-720-801-A • EXTENSION AND RETRACTION SYSTEM. WHILE PERFORMING GEAR SWINGS AND THE TIME WITH THE GEAR UP AND LOCKED THERE WERE NO ABNORMAL CAS OR SOUNDS NOTED.

AFTER EMBRAER CONTACT CENTER EMAIL ABOUT CHECKING AVIONICS FAN, I OPS CHECKED FAN AND IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY, NO DEFECTS NOTED. EMBRAER CONTACT CENTER REQUESTED THE GIA1 AND GIA2 BE SWAPPED RECONFIGURED AND OPS TESTED, AFTER SWAP THE COM1 NO TRANSMIT ISSUE FOLLOWED THE GIA TO THE COM2 POSITION. WE SWAPPED THE GIA'S BACK TO ORIGINAL AND RECONFIGURED VERIFIED COM ISSUE BACK ON COM1. PLACED GIA ON ORDER. AS FAR AS BURNING SMELL IN COCKPIT, RAN AIRCRAFT AND OPERATED ALL SYSTEMS INCLUDING WINDSHIELD HEAT DUE TO PREVIOUS WRITEUP ABOUT A SMELL DURING WINDSHIELD HEAT OPERATIONS. WE ALSO INSPECTED THE AVIONICS FAN FURTHER AND FOUND NO DEFECTS OR BURNT SMELLS. REPAIRED GIA ARRIVED AND WE REMOVED AND INSTALLED REPAIRED GIA IN THE #1 POSITION. UPLOADED SOFTWARE AND CONFIGURED. ALL OPS CHECKS GOOD. WORK DONE IAW EMBRAER PHENOM 300 MM 31 -41 -05/400.

CLOSED ALL REMOVED PANELS. SERVICE APU WITH OIL 2380. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE WATER SEPARATOR COALESCER BAGS P/N 93232-20. REF GIV SP MM 21-01-12. CLEANED THE AREA, MOVED ALL STANDS AND PREP AIRCRAFT FOR OPERATIONAL CHECK. RUN APU AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK. IAW GIV CMP 490002. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO SMOKE NOTED WITH APU AIR. OPS CHECK GOOD.
