Part: POWER SUPPLY — INOPERATIVE (EMERGENCY LIGHT)
EMERGENCY FLOOR LIGHTING INOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED 5LK POWER SUPPLY.
Part: WARNING LIGHT — ILLUMINATED (SMOKE DETECT)
DURING DESCENT, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE -LAV SMOKE- CAS MESSAGE HAD ILLUMINATED, NO SMOKE HAD BEEN DETECTED UPON INSPECTION. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL PERFORMED A VISUAL INSPECTION FOR SMOKE WITH NO FINDINGS. DURING POWER UP OF THE AIRCRAFT THE CAS MESSAGE DID NOT REAPPEAR. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

During climb, the crew reported a cargo fire indication. An emergency was declared, the fire extinguishers were discharged, the aircraft returned to CVG and landed without incident. Maintenance personnel removed and replaced the baggage compartment smoke detector and both fire extinguisher bottles. The aircraft was returned to service.
Part: BRAKE — CONTAMINATED (LT MLG)
FLIGHT CREW REPORTED SMOKE COMING FROM THE LT MAIN LANDING GEAR DURING LANDING. AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT ANY FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL INSPECTED LT BRAKES AND FOUND TRACES OF DEICING FLUID ON BRAKES. FLUID WAS REMOVED FROM THE BRAKES AND AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
Part: BATTERY PACK — DISCHARGED (CABIN)
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION EMERGENCY ESCAPE FLOOR PATH LIGHT WAS OUT. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL REMOVED AND REPLACED THE BATTERY PACK AN OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS SATISFACTORY AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
