ON TAXI OUT, THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE RT BRAKE WAS INEFFECTIVE. THE PILOT USED DIFFERENTIAL ENG CONTROLS & TAXIED BACK TO THE LOADING RAMP WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED THE O RING PACKINGâS, PN MS28775-220, IN THE RT BRAKE ASSEMBLY, SERVICED & BLED THE BRAKE SYS. LEAK & OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
EN-ROUTE THE PILOT REPORTED A DUEL INVERTER FAILURE, DUE TO THE IFR WEATHER CONDITIONS. THE PILOT DECLARED AN EMER & DIVERTED WHERE THE WEATHER CONDITIONS WERE VFR. THE PILOT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED A FAULTY NR 1 INVERTER. REPLACED NR 1 INVERTER & PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS ON BOTH NR 1 & 2 INVERTERS. ALL CHECKS WERE NORMAL.
IN CRUISE, VISUALLY OBSERVED A SMALL AMOUNT OF SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT & THEN THE LT OIL PRESS CB POPPED. AFTER THE CB POPPED THE SMOKE DISSIPATED. RETURNED & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. TROUBLE SHOT THE LT OIL PRESS SYS & FOUND THE INDICATOR HAD SHORTED INTERNALLY. THE LT OIL PRESS INDICATOR & ELEC CONNECTOR WERE REPLACED. THE LT OIL PRESS INDICATOR FUNCTIONED NORMALLY DURING ENG GND RUN.
DURING CRUISE ATTITUDE PILOT HEARD AN ELEC CLICK AT THE SAME TIME NOTICED AN OZONE & HOT ELECTRONICS SMELL. THE PILOT NOTICED THE RT OIL PRESS GAUGE CB & THE RT OIL PRESS WARNING CB HAD POPPED. RETURNED & LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED FAULTY RT OIL PRESS INDICATOR & BROKEN CONNECTOR ON RT OIL PRESS INDICATOR. BOTH COMPONENTS WERE REPLACED, OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF SYS WERE NORMAL.
