ON APPROACH IN FLIGHT NOTED A DECREASE OF N1 SPEED AND A POPPING SOUND WAS EMITTED FROM THE LEFT ENGINE WHICH WAS EVIDENT A COMPRESSOR STALL EVENT. DURING THIS EVENT THE ENGINE AUTO IGNITION WAS ENGAGED AND RETURNED TO NORMAL PARAMETERS AFTER A PERIOD OF ABOUT 20 TO 30 SECONDS AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS LANDED WITH NO ABNORMALITIES OR FAULTS PRESENT. DURING THE EVENT THERE WERE NO FAULTS OR MESSAGES PRESENT.
ABORTED TAKEOFF AT LOW SPEED DUE TO WATER LEAK FROM OVERHEAD BINS AT REAR OF CABIN. OPS CHECK IAW 21-10-00. NO DEFECT NOTED. FLIGHT REDEPARTED.
FLOOR EMERGENCY LIGHTING INOPERATIVE.
LEFT ENGINE LOW OIL PRESSURE INDICATION. WHILE ADVANCING THRUST LEVERS, PRESSURE DROP INTO YELLOW ARC. LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT ENGINE OIL TRANSDUCER (79-31-01).
DURING FLIGHT CREW RECEIVED AN EMERGENCY DOOR UNSAFE LIGHT. FLIGHT LANDED UNEVENTFULLY AND PASSENGERS DEPLANED NORMALLY. THE SENSOR FOR THE EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR WAS FOUND SOAKED WITH GLYCOL AND WAS CLEANED. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED AND AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
DURING TAKEOFF, THE CREW REPORTED AN AMBER NWS MESSAGE. THE FAULT WAS CAUSED BY A LOOSE CONNECTOR LEADING TO THE STEERING MANIFOLD. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED AND AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION THE EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL REMOVED AND REPLACED THE POWER SUPPLY. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED AND AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR CONTINUED SERVICE
DURING CRUISE FROM BOS TO CAE CREW EXPERIENCED EXCESSIVE RT ENGINE VIBRATION. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED WITH ATC AND FLIGHT DIVERTED TO IAD. FLIGHT LANDED IN IAD WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL REMOVED AND REPLACE RT ENGINE, MAF FLIGHT WAS SATISFACTORY AND AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR RETURN TO SERVICE.
DURING CRUISE FROM GSO TO LGA A/C DIVERTED INTO ACY DUE TO ELECTRICAL SMELL IN THE FLIGHT DECK AND PFD'S WENT BLANK. AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED WITH ATC AND AIRCRAFT LANDED IN ACY WITHOUT ANY FURTHER INCIDENT.
