DOOR WOULD NOT PROPERLY CLOSE. WE LIFTED AND PUSHED THE DOOR UP, PULLED THE LATCH OUT AND ROTATED THE LATCH UP TO CLOSE. IT GAVE A LOT OF RESISTANCE AND WOULD NOT FULLY LOCK. THE DOOR WAS THEN STUCK CLOSED WITH THE VENT STILL IN. WHEN LATCH WAS PULLED DOWN TO OPEN. THE LATCH WAS LOSE AND WOULD NOT OPEN. WITH A LOT OF TRIES, THE DOOR WAS EVENTUALLY OPENED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: OPENED MAIN CABIN DOOR AND PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF DOOR SEALS, DOOR PINS, HINGES AND DOOR HANDLE AND FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF BINDING OR DAMAGE TO MECHNICAL DOOR PINS. CLOSED DOOR FROM INSIDE AND DOOR CLOSED WITH NO PROBLEMS. OPENED DOOR AND CLOSED PAX DOOR WITH OUTSIDE HANDLE WITH WITH NO ABNORMAL RESISTANCE OPENED AND CLOSED DOOR 10 TIMES (DOOR VENT OPERATED) WITH NO PROBLEMS AT THIS TIME ALL WORK DONE USING AMM 52-10-00

THE LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED. AFTER LANDING, DURING TAXI IN, WITH THE EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH IN THE ARM POSITION, THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS IN THE CABIN ILLUMINATED AGAIN. TRIED CYCLING THE EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH TO OFF, THEN BACK TO ARM. EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATED AGAIN WHEN THE SWITCH WAS PLACED IN THE ARM POSITION. TRIED CYCLING THE SWITCH TO ON, THEN TO OFF, THEN BACK TO ARM. THE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED AGAIN WHEN SWITCH WAS RETURNED TO THE ARM POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED FWD AND AFT EMERGENCY BATTERIES IAW EMB505AMM 33-52-01, CHECKED GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED.

COMPLIED WITH EMBRAER PHENOM 300 FWD WING TO FUSELAGE FAIRING SEA I RTV APPLLCATION WORK CARD# ES0-53-001-1, REV.0 DATED 23 JUN 2022 AND EMBRAER ETD-2014-P300-00137555 REV. H PARAGRAPH C1-C2.

PRIMARY TRIM WORKED NORMALLY. GROUND SPOILERS DID DEPLOY ON LANDING. PERFORMED FLAPS FAIL QRH. LANDED NORMALLY. *** CORRECTIVE ACTION *** TROUBLESHOT FAULT AND REPLACED #1 FCE WITH MODIFIED UNIT. RIGGED FLAPS SYSTEM, PERFORMED ALL REQUIRED SYSTEM OPS CHECKS W/ SATISFACTORY RESULTS.
