CABIN EMERG LIGHT: EMER LIGHTS BEGAN TO BLINK IN FLIGHT. ONLY REMEDY WAS TO TURN OFF EMER LIGHTS. PERFORMED NJA TC-505-33-200403 DATED 04/23/20 EMER LIGHT TOP CHARGE. INSPECTED ALL EMER LIGHTS AND NONE WERE FLICKERING. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF LIGHTING TWICE AND NO FLIKERING. WORK DONE !AW NJA TASK CARDS AND MM 33-52-01.
MAIN DOOR: UPON OPENING MAIN CABIN DOOR , IT FALLS DOWNWARD WITH EXCESSIVE FORCE CAUSING EXTREME VIBRATION OF DOOR HANDLES. ***VERIFIED FAULT PERFORMED ADJUSTMENT OF MAIN CABIN DOOR OPENING SPEED I/A/W PHENOM 300 AMM 52-10-00-820-804-A AND MAIN DOOR AFT TELESCOPING ROD IAW PHENOM 300 AMM 52-12-25-820-801-A. NO FURTHER DEFECTS FOUND AT THIS TIME
MAIN DOOR: MED REQUIRES ADDITIONAL EXCESSIVE FORCE TO OPEN BEYOND 1/2 WAY. TELESCOPING SUPPORTS APPEAR UNEVEN DURING EXTENSION.
