RIGHT ENGINE ENGINE LOW POWER INTERMITTENT, AT FL410 CLIMBING TO FL430, THE RIGHT ENGINE SURGED APPROX. 4 TIMES AT FL 412, GOING FROM 80.9 TO 75.9 HP , ACCOMPANIED BY AUTO ENGINE IGNITION. RETURNED BACK TO FL410 AND CONTINUED FLIGHT WITHOUT ANY OTHER ABNORMAL INDICATIONS. ENGINE OPERATED NORMALLY THE REMAINDER OF THE FLIGHT. DOWNLOADED ALL ACMF LOGS FHDB AND SENT TO CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER REQUESTED TO COMPLETE STEP 1-7 OF SURGE CHECKS. EXAMINED BEHIND THE LOW PRESSURE COMPRESSOR AND INSIDE THE BYPASS DUCT, EXAMINED THE LP COMPRESSOR ROTOR BLADES , EXAMINED THE EXHAUST, TURNED THE LP ROTOR, TURNED THE HP ROTOR WITH NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. USING A BORESCOPE, FOUND THE 12TH STAGE TO BE OUT OF LIMITS. ENGINE WAS REMOVED & REPLACED.
WHILE CLIMBING THROUGH FL300, A HUMMING OR RUSHING NOISE WAS HEARD COMING FROM ABOVE HEADLINER ADJACENT TO CEO'S SEAT (BETWEEN FIRST 2 FWD FACING SEATS). AT FL400, NOISE INTENSIFIED AND WAS DISRUPTIVE TO PAX. A NOTICEABLE VIBRATION COULD BE FELT IN THE HEADLINER. ON DESCENT THROUGH FL 200 NOISE STARTED TO DISSIPATE. FOUND A LEAK BELOW ADF FAIRING. REPLACED SPACERS ON BOTH ADF ANTENNAS IAW 39-54-03 REV. 27. RESEALED IAW 10-02-00. REINSTALLED ADF ANTENNAS IAW CMP 39520516. PRESSURIZED IAW AMM 21-31-00. FOUND SATISFACOTORY. PERFORMED ADF 1 AND 2 OPS CHECKS IAW COPR 395203-4. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
WHEN OVENTURNED, HEATING ELEMENT PRODUCED SMOKE AND A SMALL FLAME. VISUALLY INSPECTED BOTTOM HEATING ELEMENTS, NO GREASE NOTED ON ELEMENT. TURNED OVEN ON AND NOTED EXCESSIVE SMOKE FROM BOTTOM OF OVEN IN GALLEY. REPLACED OVEN, OPS CHECK GOOD IAW CMP 253012.
